“Beautiful hotel with a good beach. Staff have always been friendly and the hotel and room were always kept to a good standard Be aware that there are several dogs and cats around the hotel grounds however they were always very well behaved and happy to see you. Finally, the food was ok however it could be a bit underwhelming if you stayed him for more than a week.”

“Room was stunning with huge balcony and a stunning view. All the pools are beautiful, and the beach is gorgeous. Service needs a wee bit more work for a 4* resort (e.g tables cleared quicker at breaky/lunch/dinner) Entertainment staff are so lovely and friendly. Would 100% go back.”

“Hotel godny polecenia, bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa, dużo animacji oraz dodatkowych atrakcji. Hotel czysty, zadbany, w świetnej lokalizacji z prywatną plażą. Dużo miejsca żeby spokojnie posiedzieć, wypić kawę czy pospacerować. Jedzenie jak na warunki hotelowe bardzo dobre i duży wybór. Szczerze polecam!”

“Es un hotel que francamente está muy bien. Es muy completo. Está cerca de la playa y tiene dos piscinas bastante grandes. Es un lugar agradable, aunque por sacarle una pega está un poco lejos de lugares de interés. Pero el transporte público o los taxis están a la orden del día. A este hotel le hubiera puesto un cuatro porque es servicio de camareros deja un poco que desear. Pero lo compensa con su gran equipo de animación. Fue lo mejor del hotel. Nos hicieron pasar momentos muy divertidos sintiéndos en familia. Son amables, educados, y todo unos profesionales del entretenimiento. Desde San Sebastián mi familia y yo os damos la enhorabuena buena y muchísimas gracias. Un besazo enorme!!”

“Loved this hotel. From the moment we walked in, took the time we left, everyone was very friendly. We stayed in the Level suite area on the beach, and it was a gorgeous room. “Sol Tropikal hotel looked the same on pictures as it did in real life. Staff (Esmeralda and Rukie 💙) were amazing - helpful, pleasant to talk to and friendly even at 2am. We specifically chose this resort since it’s not in the main centre of Durres to really relax but I can understand that location might not be ideal for everyone but we loves it because if that. Rooms were great, lobby bar was amazing and I’d say that selection of drinks was good in the all inclusive package (G&T, Mojito, Cuba Libre and few other cocktails, juices, different kinds of coffee and non-alcoholic beverages). I appreciate Blerina and Daniel at the lobby bar for knowing what we drink at different points in the day 🙌🏻😂. Food was okayish; not good and not terrible but there were options for anyone (I even ate lamb and veal which were amazing and that’s something I’d never eat), but if you’re staying for more than a week it gets a bit repetitive which is also expected for a buffet. Snack bar could also be upgraded but the french fries were some of the best I’ve ever ate. We never had issues with finding pool or beach chairs but since it was in September, there was not a flood of tourists and other people around and everyone would get their spot. Hotel cats and dogs were fun to play with but if you’re allergic or scared of them, this is something to vary about. The best part about the stay were the entertainers and the whole program throught the day which was curated to experience different things from Albanian folklore dance, casino nights, karaoke, pool aerobic, etc. Sending my best wishes and love to 💙Enzo 💙, Daniele, Matteo, Romeo, Alessia and Luna 💙from entertainment team for making our stay the best possible and for providing us with so much laughter and joy and their approach to guests from different countries and age groups even with language barriers was remarkable. Enzo really gave it his all and I don’t think this would’ve been as fun without him. This whole group of people made the trip worth it and I can’t wait to go back!!”

“Vacanza rilassante ,posto incantevole con camere molto belle e curate nei dettagli. Personale qualificato e gentile che ci ha fatto trascorrere dei giorni che non dimenticheremo.”

“Resort immerso nel verde (tanto e curato), struttura in stile moderno. Abbiamo alloggiato in una junior suite (villette nuovissime non proprio junior, inaugurate a giugno) con terrazzino vista mare, dotata di tutti i confort con ottima attenzione per la pulizia. Piscina ampia con settore anche per i più piccoli, molto curata e con personale preparato (bar) e attento all'ordine (lettini ed ombrelloni) così come la spiaggia dotata di sdraio ed ombrelloni inclusi e con servizio bar grazie ad un gazebo sulla sabbia. Presente anche l'animazione che riesce a coinvolgere con simpatia e gentilezza ma mai insistente e nel rispetto della quiete nelle ore di riposo. Buffet ricco e con materie prime di qualità che soddisfa le esigenze della clientela (menù pranzo e cena sempre diverso ma presenti sempre alcune pietanze per chi non ama variare), dislocato in un'ampia sala luminosa con personale addetto in costante presenza e disponibile alle richieste dei clienti. In definitiva una struttura molto ordinata e con il personale sempre attento nei propri ruoli (direttore e vice compresi, costantemente in giro per i settori del resort), soggiorno molto consigliato se si vuol godere di tanto relax.”

“Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cet hôtel. Celui ci est très agréable et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une très bonne literie et un très grand balcon. Très belle piscine et accès directe à la mer. Cependant un point négatif la propreté de la plage qui reste à désirer et.les barbelés. Les repas sont classiques et sont toujours les mêmes. Concernant l'animation un grand merci aux 4 animateurs français du Club Coralia Candice, Sisso,Aylvin et Mathilde qui ont tout mis en œuvre pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour et ont créée de la cohésion avec les autres voyageurs Français.”

“I recently enjoyed an amazing four-night stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The swimming pool and private beach exceeded my expectations, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a full sea view room in celebration of my brother's birthday, complete with a lovely fruit platter as a welcome gesture. Waking up to that breathtaking view every morning was truly a highlight of our trip! I must add the entertainment team made the evenings one to look forward to with their goofy and entertaining performances! The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to main roads, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning in the future!”
