“I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel with my husband and 8-month-old, and our experience at Meliá was honestly so comfortable for so many reasons. 1) The staff was super friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Ansh). They gave us great recommendations on places to visit and avoid, helped with dish soap for the baby’s dishes, arranged boiled veggies for the baby, and overall took great care of us. 2) The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter and close to the Old Quarter. You can easily walk to most tourist spots. 3) The food – a massive breakfast spread, and the bar is very inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Hanoi!”

“Tuần vừa rồi gia đình nhà tôi có chuyến nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Melia Hà Nội. Đón tiếp chúng tôi là bạn lễ tân vui vẻ, thân thiện, niềm nở. Tôi đã ấn tượng ngay từ khi bước vào, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Vị trí khách sạn rất tiện để tôi di chuyển ra phố cổ. Đồ ăn ở đây ngon rất hợp khẩu vị của tôi. Không thể nói gì hơn là tuyệt vời”

Me sorprendió gratamente que la recepcionista del Level, nos diera la bienvenida en español siendo ella vietnamita. Un absoluto 10 para ella y para todo el hotel en general.”
