“What an amazing hotel. From arrival to departure was all amazing. I took my Wife for a two day break for her birthday. Check in was easy and the reception you get was so warming. My wife was first into our room 1611 (fantastic views) and greeting her was a birthday balloon attached to a bag of jelly beans and a message wishing her a happy birthday folded like a paper airplane. What a lovely gesture. Any problems or requests are actioned and in my case dealt with straight away. The staff are some of the nicest, helpful people we have ever met while staying in the UK. Breakfast is lovely, suited for all types of diets. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the decor is lovely. Melia know what they're doing with employing top notch staff. We will be returning to the Innside Melia Liverpool again. Just fantastic. Thankyou”

“Hotel is great location and rooms are gorgeous and really enjoy the touch of the free minibar. Reception staff were really friendly throughout stay. However the breakfast was really disappointing, for the size of the hotel & price of breakfast I would expect more variation and dairy free/dairy alternative options. The hot items such as sausages and bacon were really cold, would have been nice to have some dairy free yoghurts and perhaps some hash browns etc to increase the meat-free offer! I found the walls were really thin and could hear doors slamming through the night etc Lastly we stayed for a special occasion and have done so previously with Innside hotels and had a balloon & card put in the room but was informed that they now sell celebration packages as opposed to complimentary touches. Overall I would stay again but would not pay for breakfast.”

“Was going to Bridgewater hall for a show, so location was excellent, rooms were decent, bed was massive. Will definitely do another visit sometime”

“Very very comfortable bed and huge. Excellent shower especially as we were on the top floor. Fantastic Manchester skyline without the skyscrapers. Gym very clean, plenty of towels. Reception team friendly. Look out for code on your email confirmation for a discount at the nearby Q Park carpark.”
