“Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Nettes und professionelles Personal, schöne und moderne Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Softgetränke in Zimmer sind inklusive und werden täglich aufgefüllt. Frühstück gut und genug Auswahl, Eierspeisen können dazu bestellt werden. Hier stimmt Preis-Leistung.”

“Another fantastic stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Liverpool. We’ve used the Meliá chain a number of times and one of the things we really like is how consistently clean and well-presented the hotels are, and this one was no different. We had a great room with an amazing river view. The room was spacious, modern and, most importantly, extremely clean. There was plenty of space to relax, and the complimentary drinks in the fridge were a really nice touch. The hotel bar is also a great place to unwind, and the gym deserves a special mention. It’s genuinely one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used – really well equipped with plenty of options for getting a proper workout in rather than just the usual couple of treadmills and dumbbells. The location is excellent for exploring Liverpool too, and the hotel’s parking arrangement is a nice bonus. You can use the nearby car park and get a discount through the hotel, which makes parking much more reasonable. Overall, another brilliant Meliá experience. Great room, fantastic views, spotless throughout, excellent facilities and some really thoughtful extras. We’ll definitely continue using the Meliá chain and would happily stay here again.”

“Have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions. Great location, close to Albert docks and the city centre, but far enough away from the centre that its pretty quiet. The staff have always been lovely and the rooms are great. Breakfast has a great selection of different options. We have always enjoyed our stay here and it will continue to be my go to hotel to stay at in Liverpool.”

“Fantastic experience staying at this hotel. From walking in the staff are friendly and welcoming at all points from the front desk, restaurant/ bar, cleaners to management. I couldn't remember each name but Jack on the front desk would always go above and beyond and same as Orrin in the Sky Bar. Decor throughout the hotel is great. Room was comfortable, modern, maintained, clean, and the views were fantastic! The complimentary minibar was a nice addition and quality of amenities was good. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and good quality. Evening dining was great and can recommend the Sky Bar as a brilliant space with great 360degree views, friendly staff and brilliant atmosphere. Overall I couldn't fault the hotel. At booking there was an offer on, this made it extra good value and if anything encouraged us to use more of the facilities like the bar and on-site restaurant. Only recommendation is to promote more of the Melia app for guests. I had this and it was a great product with a dedicated hotel page for discounts, hotel information and things to do/ see. Overall a brilliant stay and will return!”
