“מלון מדהים. גדול מאוד ויפיפה עם רצועת חוף ובריכות יפות . מיועד לדעתי בעיקר לזוגות הרוצים בעיקר לנוח .לא מיועד למי שרוצה לטייל לפוקט או לכל מקום אחר. המלון ממוקם במקום מבודד כשעה וחצי עד שעתיים נסיעהמלפוקט תלוי בשעה ועלות כל נסיעה כ 100 עד 120 שקל לכיוון”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic resort at Mai Khao Beach. We would definitely come back! This was our first stay at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao, although it was not our first time at Mai Khao Beach. We like to try different hotels and resorts when we visit the area, but after this experience we can easily say that we would return to Meliá anytime for a few relaxing nights. The hotel is modern, stylish and beautifully designed. You can really see that comfort and attention to detail were considered throughout the entire resort. Everything feels fresh, contemporary and very well maintained. What impressed us most, however, was the team. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and well trained. From Guest Relations to the pool team, bar staff and even the security team near the beach, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention also goes to the General Manager, who took the time to chat with us by the pool, as well as the Guest Relations Manager, who was present and genuinely cared about the guests. This kind of personal attention makes a real difference. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection. Thai, international, Spanish and many other options were available, and individual requests were happily accommodated. The bar is well stocked, the pool areas are beautiful and comfortable, and even details such as the quality of the towels show the overall standard of the property. The location worked perfectly for us as well. Despite being at the peaceful Mai Khao Beach, we never felt isolated. Even renting a scooter was incredibly easy. The rental company picked me up directly from the hotel and I simply drove the scooter back afterwards. Walk out of the back of the resort and within seconds you are at the beautiful Mai Khao Beach. Of course, respect the red flags and do not swim when conditions are unsafe. We have stayed in many hotels internationally and know hospitality very well. We genuinely felt comfortable and taken care of here from beginning to end. Nothing was missing. Meliá is an international brand, and this property and its team represent the brand exceptionally well at Mai Khao Beach. We would happily return and can highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a modern, stylish and relaxing stay in Phuket. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful stay.
