“Aunque nos queda un poquito aqui(unas horas) quisiera aqradecer con gran entusiasmo al equipo The Level de Meliá Zanzíbar nuestra estancia en este lugar tan maravilloso. Especial mención a Bruna, y Jacobo muy muy atentos a nuestra estancia y como no, a la mayoría y muy importante gente de servicio que ha hecho que nuestro viaje haya sido un sueño. “Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille au Meliá Zanzibar. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique : végétation luxuriante, plage superbe et décoration soignée, tout est réuni pour se déconnecter et profiter pleinement des vacances. Nous avons eu la très belle surprise d’être surclassés dans les bungalows, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une mention toute particulière à Mahfud, qui a été extrêmement attentionné, disponible et aux petits soins avec nous tout au long du séjour. Ce sont aussi ces petites attentions qui font vraiment la différence. Une très belle expérience en famille et de merveilleux souvenirs de Zanzibar. Merci à toute l’équipe du Meliá ! 🌴✨”

“Nuestra estancia en Meliá Zanzibar - The Level ha sido extraordinaria, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es la calidad humana de todas las personas que trabajan en el hotel. Desde el primer día nos sentimos acogidos, atendidos y cuidados por un equipo que demuestra una auténtica vocación de servicio. Quiero destacar especialmente a Jacobo, uno de los managers de la zona The Level. Su atención fue excelente, cercana y genuina. Siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, anticipándose a nuestras necesidades y haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Su profesionalidad, amabilidad y capacidad para conectar con los huéspedes hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial. También quiero reconocer de manera muy especial a Liliana, camarera de la zona The Level. Su atención fue impecable, siempre profesional, amable y atenta. Destaca por transmitir felicidad y entusiasmo en todo lo que hace. Su sonrisa es contagiosa, su trato es natural y cercano, y se percibe claramente que disfruta de su trabajo.
