“Great Hotel accommodation, friendly staff and nice spacious room. The fact that Level rooms others than giving you access to the lounge on the 26th are not really different from the supreme room, not worth booking the Level. A shame as the little snacks served in the Level could have made a difference…yet The sandwiches in the lounge are rather bad and with the exception of a small glass of gaspachio and a small glass of desert cream nuts and crackers complement a boring selection of few food items …the only advantages are the free drinks… So unless you are an alcoholic safe your money for a regular room. The breakfast is nice and offers most what you could imagine at a reasonable quality. The fruits were average till we asked for better melons and pineapple. The service is beyond expectations. Bravo to the team and mgmt 👏 A caveat at the end the girls at the reception are complicated we used to have a Level rooms we wanted to extend the same night we checked in yet they made us move to a regular room yet more expensive without help for luggage et moving …so 3- for the reception staff - sorry..
