“I had a very pleasant stay at the Frankfurt City Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. I would especially like to thank Mohamed. Despite a small issue with another staff member, he handled the situation professionally and kindly, and really tried his best to solve the problem and make sure I was satisfied.
