“This is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed out. We were in a most generous room and a fantastic view from 13th floor. Breakfast was a very comprehensive buffet provided in a large dining room with an option to eat on a shaded terrace. The swimming pool area is large, complete with an extra area for eating snacks in the shade. Service was prompt and especially warm. Top marks!”レビューをもっと見る

“En general, hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. Se nota que ha sido reformado recientemente, y las habitaciones son muy bonitas, acogedoras y cómodas. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de todo el personal, que ha sido maravilloso durante nuestra estancia. Sobre todo, el equipo de recepción, siempre muy atento y amable. En especial, la señora que creo que es argentina y que lleva una diadema de brillantes. ¡Es fantástica! 😍 El equipo de animación también ha sido excelente. Nos han encantado todos, pero quiero destacar especialmente a Laura y Diana, que han sido increíbles. ¡Un 10 para ellas! 👏 El servicio de restaurante también ha sido perfecto, tanto por la atención como por el trato recibido. Sin embargo, hay dos aspectos que considero que deberían mejorar. El primero, y el más desagradable, es el fuerte olor a alcantarillado que se percibe nada más entrar al hotel. Desde nuestra llegada notamos un olor bastante desagradable que, sinceramente, deberían solucionar. El segundo aspecto es la zona exterior de la piscina. Aunque el interior del hotel está renovado y muy bonito, la parte exterior de la piscina se ve bastante deteriorada y necesitaría una mejora para estar a la altura del resto de las instalaciones. A pesar de estos detalles, hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia. Para ser un hotel Sol, nos ha sorprendido gratamente. ¡Enhorabuena a todo el equipo por su excelente trabajo! “My family and I spent two weeks at the hotel. Everything was wonderful: the food was delicious, with a variety of cuisines featured each evening. The staff were friendly and kind, and the entertainment team was fantastic—very kind and attentive to the children. We remember everyone by name( Flavio, Diana, Rebecca, Kai, Janire) and are grateful for the wonderful way they treated our child. The rooms were clean upon arrival and were serviced daily. The only downside is that if you want to spend time at the beach, it’s a 15–20 minute walk. However, we were traveling with a child who prefers the pool, so this arrangement suited us perfectly. “Sejour réservé avec Fram, 1 semaine en demi pension, parfait pour les eccursions en journées. J'avais un peu peur au début en regardant les avis mais j’ai compris que l’hotel à été rénové début 2026 et franchement tout était nickel. Le peronnel très aimable et veulent vraiment vous aider et ils y en a qui parlent français. Le restaurant buffet était juste genial grande variété qui change tous les soirs avec parfois des thèmes (par exemple asiatique avec des nems gyozas sushis etc). L’emplacement est vraiment parfait avec un arrêt de bus au pied de l'hôtel pour quasiment toutes les excursions diam park siam mall. La chambre est moderne et il y a l’essentiel avec un balcon même en ayant pris la standard nous avions un balcon avec une vue qui permettait de voir un petit bout de l’ocean. J’ai vu certains avis concernant la pisicine surchargée, nous sommes partis venus fin septembre / debut octobre nous avons jamais eu de mal à trouver un transat et se poser dans la piscine. Et petit + pour Fram, Clara la cheffe de centre sur place est très aimable et n’hésite pas à nous aider et nous conseiller.”レビューをもっと見る
