“This is a fantastic hotel right in the centre of Malaga. It is modern, chic and spotlessly clean and has a wonderful rooftop restaurant, bar and swimming pool. The customer service was superb, with certain members of staff going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to return. Would absolutely recommend!”

“Exceptional Service at ME Málaga I had a wonderful stay at ME Málaga. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are extremely modern and stylish, and you can really feel that this is a brand-new property. Unfortunately, there was a small water issue in my original room. However, the way the team handled it was absolutely exceptional. Pedro, the Front Office Manager, was over the top from the very beginning. Within just a few minutes, he arranged a new room for me and even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care were outstanding. I also want to give a special mention to Victor, who went above and beyond to help me move everything from my original room to the new one. He personally helped me pack and brought all my belongings upstairs. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. Honestly, the entire team at ME Málaga was fantastic, but Pedro deserves a very special mention. Problems can happen in any hotel — what really matters is how they are handled, and the team handled this situation perfectly. A beautiful, modern hotel with an exceptional team and truly outstanding service. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
