Her love for Mallorca and its ingredients has led Marga Coll to reinvent and showcase the flavor and variety of a culinary tradition with the greatest respect. Both in the Hospitality School and in the different restaurants where she has been able to develop and perfect her vocation, Marga was very clear about her objective to build her own culinary world.
