“This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Every single staff member went above and beyond—from the reception, concierge, housekeeping, breakfast team, gym, and beach staff. Everyone works together seamlessly, and you can genuinely feel the passion and teamwork. The hotel itself is simply magical. The design, the atmosphere, and every little detail create a place that feels like paradise. I truly didn’t want to leave. Thank you to the entire team for such an unforgettable experience.”

“O hotel é muito bom, mas peca em alguns detalhes menores de manutenção, nada muito grave: balança quebrada (informei isso na recepção, mas não foi consertada), em outro quarto, o controle da iluminação não estava funcionando (consertado no mesmo dia quando informei à recepção). Algumas escolhas de design atrapalham, como as cortinas, que têm trilho curvo, dificultando o fechamento completo, a porta do chuveiro não veda 100%, vazando água para o banheiro.”

“Had a fabulous 4 night stay at this hotel. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff Chelsy from Guest Relations, Jamie at Reception, and all the staff around the pool were so helpful and friendly. The Mississippi Mudpie cocktail that was created for us by the pool bar staff was incredible. Had a lovely relaxing stay. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious retreat experience.”
