Pero tengo que resaltar la excelente atención de Mírela ✨✨✨✨✨le doy las 5 estrellas, igualmente tengo que destacar la amabilidad, Carisma y empatía de Pirri… o como le dije yo “Camilo” estos dos chicos brillan por su atención . “No tenemos palabras para explicar la gran experiencia en este hotel. Hemos venido a un evento de trabajo y hemos pasado unos días magníficos. Hemos tenido que pedir los nombres de todas las personas que nos han atendido porque el servicio ha superado lo esperado. Lugar 100% recomendable. Gracias a Mireia, Josep, Pablo, Micaela, Trini, Junior, Matias y Pirri por vuestro esfuerzo para que todo fuera perfecto. “Our 5th stay at ME Ibiza in just 2.5 years, and somehow it keeps getting better! Every time we are impatient to be back. The setting is honestly one of the most stunning you can imagine: right by the coast, with beautiful facilities (adjoining my own picture, true to what's on their website!) and nature on your doorstep. It genuinely feels like a true 5-star property and one that thoroughly deserves its Leading Hotels of the World recognition. But what keeps bringing us back, more than anything, is the people. The service here is incredibly personable and sincere: they make you feel at home every time. You can tell that the team genuinely cares, and they consistently go above and beyond to create an exceptional experience. It feels fabulous, every time. That culture clearly comes from the very top, with Matias being a respected leader, and it runs throughout the hotel. The guest experience team are particularly amazing. Gardenia consistently ensures we are pampered each time, checking in with us even prior to arrival. The two Carlas, Elia and Jenerie have all gone above and beyond to make us feel special throughout our stay, as they have on previous visits. And the concierge team, led by Judith, with Sorayda and Pau, have been tremendously helpful at every turn. The F&B team are also fantastic (Adrián deserves a special mention) alongside the wonderful restaurant team, including Maria, Sandra, Africa, Andrea (special mention!), Junior, and Matias. A true melting pot of amazing and talented individuals, always working as one team. The pool team are also so helpful and joyful, including the one and only Americo (such positive energy!), Yann and others. There's also a great vibe across the hotel, with an amazing Artist in-residence (Harlys) and cool DJs - though always chill rather than partying - for which there is Nikki Beach around the corner in which you can simply pop in on dedicated beach beds in the ME area! From start to finish, the whole experience was a dream. A genuine 10/10 in a world where expectations seem to keep getting higher.
