“Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido estupenda y queremos felicitar a todo el equipo por el gran trabajo realizado, tanto por el nivel de las instalaciones como por la excelente atención recibida. La llegada fue inmejorable gracias a Adi, quien nos atendió de maravilla desde el primer minuto. También disfrutamos de la experiencia Descubre con Javi; estuvo todo muy correcto y nos dio fantásticas recomendaciones locales (como sugerencia constructiva, el avistamiento de delfines fue algo distinto a lo que esperábamos y creemos que tiene cierto margen de mejora, aunque en general estuvo bien). Mención especial merece el espacio Kidsdom: está muy bien organizado y ofrece muchísimas actividades. Queremos destacar especialmente a Álvaro por su gran profesionalidad y trato cercano; los niños quedaron encantados tanto con él como con el resto del equipo. Las piscinas están impecables y muy bien cuidadas, y los espectáculos musicales de las 21:30 h junto a la piscina están muy trabajados y son realmente entretenidos. Como propuesta en esta zona, sería fantástico que valoraran ampliar el horario de apertura del pool bar. Por último, como propuesta de mejora para las instalaciones, consideramos que habilitar algún tipo de techado, vela o zona de sombra en la parte del césped marcaría una gran diferencia. Sería ideal tanto para los niños como para la práctica de yoga o actividades de adultos; creemos que cuidando ese detalle aumentaría notablemente el confort y la calidad global del servicio. “Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 19 al 29 agosto, prenotato tramite Eden Viaggi (Alpitour) in mezza pensione. Leggendo tante recensioni avevamo il dubbio che le bevande non fossero comprese, in realtà lo erano. Personale della reception super disponibile e gentile. Avevamo una camera con balcone super spaziosa e pulita. Lo staff di pulizie passava tutti i giorni. Per quanto riguarda il buffet, direi giusto e buono, con ampia possibilità di scelta anche per chi come me non mangia carne. Per chi avesse qualche tipo di allergia o intolleranza basta riferirlo in reception. Unica nota che vorrei fare è che sarebbe meglio che ogni piatto avesse una targhetta con il nome indicando che cos’è ( c’era ma non per tutte le pietanze). Posizione direi perfetta a soli 150/200 metri dal mare. Presso l’hotel ci sono diversi gatti molto coccoloni e abbiamo anche incontrato diversi ricci che scorrazzano tranquilli😍 La struttura è dotata anche di piscina, una per adulti e una per bambini piccoli. Per quanto riguarda l’animazione non possiamo dire nulla perché non ne abbiamo usufruito visto che eravamo in giro tutto il giorno. Per chi noleggia l’auto, c’è un ampio parcheggio di fronte l’hotel (attenzione perché al mercoledì e giovedì viene fatto il mercato proprio in quel parcheggio) e anche nel retro dell’hotel potete trovare un ampio spazio dove poter parcheggiare.
