“Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el Paradisus. El hotel es precioso, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, las piscinas son estupendas y tanto el buffet, por su variedad y calidad, como los restaurantes temáticos nos han encantado. El personal es encantador, las vistas a la laguna y al mar espectaculares, y la atención en general hace que te sientas como en casa.
Queremos agradecer especialmente a Carlos, el subdirector, su cercanía y amabilidad, y al equipo de Kidsdom, en particular a Sara, Alba, María y Jorge, por el cariño con el que han recibido a nuestra hija Emma, haciendo que se sintiera integrada y disfrutara de cada actividad. “Increíble!!!! Pasamos 10 días con mi marido y vamos a volver !! El hotel está muy bien , los restaurantes a la carta me sorprendieron muy logrado los sabores y el bufet variado y todo muy rico . Las habitaciones muy bonitas con unas vistas inmejorables y lo mejor de todo es el personal me gustaría poder nombrar a todos . Rayco del bar The shack una atención inmejorable y una alegría desde la mañana que transmitía felicidad y hacían nuestros días mágicos junto con Javier , Ana en el bufet con su arte alegraba nuestras mañanas con su sonrisa y compartíamos anécdotas de su tierra y por último Carlos que siempre que nos veía nos preguntaba si nos encontrábamos bien si necesitamos algo , con una gran simpatía y amabilidad . Gracias por hacer de mis vacaciones tan espectaculares!!!”

“Really can't see how you wouldn't have a 5* experience, especially for the price. A La Carte restaurants, premium spirits and beer, lovely grounds and fantastic staff and service. We never had a bad meal the entire time we were there. Buffet was also very good, but naturally some of it wasn't to my taste and not the same standard as the a la carte restaurants.
Is it the same level as an Ixos hotel? No, but its also 3x cheaper and I don't think Ixos will be 3x better.
We came as a family of 4, with a 1 and 2 year old. We had an amazing time. if I really wanted to nit pick, the hotel would benefit from a splash park for the younger kids, the kids pools are still 0.5m deep, so not great for the younger kids.”

Service overal goed, soms lange wachttijden voor drank en eten op verschillende locaties fijn. Wel wisselende kwaliteit.

“Deseo que quede constancia de nuestro agradecimiento a las siguientes personas:
Yaiza, Estefanía, Cristina y Nabila, por su trabajo, atención y esfuerzo. Quiero destacar especialmente a Yaiza, sobre quien percibimos una carga adicional de trabajo al tener que compensar las carencias de otros integrantes del equipo de sala.
Carlos, por su pasión por la cocina, que comparto, y por su empeño en ofrecer una propuesta gastronómica de calidad. Sus platos merecen una ejecución a la altura de su planteamiento, y resulta evidente la dificultad añadida que supone trabajar con una brigada que requiere tanta supervisión.
María, del bar de la piscina de The Reserve, por su amabilidad, profesionalidad y cuidado en la elaboración de los cócteles.
El equipo de sala de Mahos, dirigido por Vincent, por ofrecer un servicio que sí estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas. Junto con los platos creados por Carlos, constituyó una de las experiencias más destacables de la estancia.
Hamza y Borja, los maleteros que reciben a los huéspedes a su llegada al hotel, por su acogida, siempre con una sonrisa, y por su disposición a ayudar de muy buen agrado. Resulta especialmente lamentable que algunos clientes les falten al respeto por cuestiones menores o por exigirles un servicio de aparcacoches que no forma parte de sus funciones, ya que no están autorizados a aparcar ni manipular los vehículos de los huéspedes. Su amabilidad y dedicación merecen reconocimiento y respeto.
