“Fui por un evento un sábado y siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas me decepcionó la tardanza en realizar el check in (solo 3 personas y tardaba mucho en dar cada habitación). Por otro lado, hay que decir la parte positiva, la atención de los recepcionistas y lo amables que eran, teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, es de admirar. La habitación estaba genial, siendo dos camas individuales (que eran del tamaño de dobles).”

“Este fin de semana, tuve la oportunidad de visitar el restaurante ERRE & URRECHU con mi mujer y otro matrimonio. Hacía tiempo que ya tenía ganas de visitarlo. Al llegar, nos dieron una calidad bienvenida y nos acompañaron hasta la mesa. El personal de sala nos ofreció las especialidades del día y seguimos sus sugerencias. Al final de la comida, el personal nos invitaron a conocer las instalaciones con detalle, incluida la cocina. Para terminar, fuimos a Entre Cielos a degustar un cocktail. Arrriba encontramos buena música, buen ambiente y lo mejor, muy bien atendidos. Quiero dar las gracias a Camila Kamei en particular, por haberse encargado de los detalles de la reserva y a todo el staff de Gran Meliá Torre Melina en general, por haber hecho que una pequeña celebración personal, haya sido un éxito. A a seguir así!!!”

“I want to give a big thank you to absolutely the entire staff at Gran Melia Barcelona. My son had just had surgery and we spent his recovery period at the hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They treated my son as he called it "I am famous at this hotel". Everyone from the cleaners, waiters, concierge and guest experience staff gave my son an unforgettable experience and the best possible way to spend his recovery. A special thank you to Camilla and the guest experience team who showered my son with fruits, chocolates and made our experience one we will always remember. Thank you Gran Melia Torre staff!!!”
