“¡Estuve en el hotel el finde pasado y flipé! El check-in lo hice por la noche con Diego, que fue encantador. Durante las mañanas me atendió Alejandro Fajardo. No encuentro palabras que le hagan justicia. Encantador, atento y sobre todo profesional. Muy profesional. ¡Te deseo muchos éxitos en tu carrera profesional ! 🥂 El hotel en si es una pasada. Me senti como una reina. Y el roof top que ya estarán a punto de inaugurar oficialmente es increíble. Con una vista panorámica de toda la ciudad, sentía que tenía Barcelona a mis pies.”

“Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el Gran Meliá Torre Melina. Desde el primer momento, todo fue impecable y cuidado al detalle, haciendo que la experiencia fuera realmente especial de principio a fin. Las habitaciones son espectaculares: amplias, cómodas y con una decoración elegante que invita a relajarse. Se nota mucho el nivel de calidad y confort en cada detalle. Durante mi estancia también disfruté de un masaje en el SPa, y solo puedo recomendarlo, una experiencia súper relajante y muy bien ejecutada. Además, utilicé el gimnasio, que está muy bien equipado y es muy completo, perfecto para no perder la rutina. En cuanto a la gastronomía, simplemente increíble. La cena en el restaurante ERRE fue brutal, con un nivel de calidad altísimo, y mención especial a Guillem por su trato y excelente servicio, que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. El desayuno también es súper completo, con muchísima variedad y opciones de gran calidad. En general, todo el personal es muy atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que la experiencia sea excelente. Pero quiero destacar especialmente a Carolina, del equipo de Guest Experience, por su trato cercano y su atención constante. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que todo fuera perfecto, marcando realmente la diferencia durante la estancia. Además, recomiendo totalmente la experiencia Red Level, ya que permite disfrutar de comida y bebida disponible durante todo el día, lo que aporta un extra de comodidad y exclusividad. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel al 100% y espero volver muy pronto.”

“Excellent service and great staff very warming and welcoming! Check out their Spa and massages deals. Very kid friendly too. The food there, if you are in red level is delicious including free breakfast from 7am-11am. The bell attendant helped with luggage upon arrival. We were a family of 9 and we got three rooms and they were all connected. First time in Barcelona and we saw some Barca team players since they were having a game nearby @Camp Nou. ( This was out highlight ;). ) Thank you so much wil be forever grateful”

“A beautiful hotel, made exceptional by its staff. Everyone is consistently warm, attentive, and ready to help, creating an atmosphere that genuinely feels like home. The Red Level suites are outstanding - spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The ability to separate the living room from the bedroom is a plus, and having TVs in both spaces with easy casting is a great touch. Housekeeping is impeccable, with a clear attention to detail that doesn’t go unnoticed. Red Level access is well worth it, with lounge offering food and drinks throughout the day, as well as thoughtful perks like a complimentary Audi rental for a day. We took full advantage of this and enjoyed a day trip out of Barcelona. Highlight of our stay was unexpectedly seeing the Real Madrid team at the hotel! The experience was rounded off perfectly with chocolates and a personalised farewell note on our final day. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is slightly outside the city centre, but it’s very well connected by taxi and metro, so getting around is easy.”
