“Massive shout out to Mayur at front desk and Sebastian from reservations team. Both were extremely helpful when flights were cancelled due to aircraft maintenance and poor weather. This isn't our first visit to Barcelona or other cities in Spain, and the level of service we received from Mayur and Sebastian was definitely top notch! Thank you to both of you! Rooms and food offered at the hotel were good. Shuttle bus service was great too.”
