“I stayed at the ME Lisbon with my husband for 4 nights recently to celebrate my 50th birthday and had an absolutely incredible stay. Every single member of staff we interacted with was helpful, polite and so friendly. The bar and restaurant areas are beautifully decorated the service and quality of food was outstanding. I was delighted with our room too, the little special touches left by the housekeeping staff were lovely and made the stay that little bit more special. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the harbour, we enjoyed walking in to the heart of the city, a taxi back to the hotel was only around 6-8 euro. All in all, this was a fantastic stay and I'd highly recommend the hotel.”

“Остановились в отеле с семьей. Взяли номер connect. Стоимость оправдывает ожидания. Номера очень чистые, свежие, отель новый. Современный стиль интерьера, всё необходимое в номере присутствует. Хорошая шумоизоляция, даже между номерами коннект (при закрытой двери). Очень и очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Готовый прийти на помощь в любой момент. Завтраки прекрасные. Только по меню. Все вкусно, порции приличные по размеру. Уборка в номере тоже хорошая. Смело рекомендую.”

A special thank you to Anabel for the exceptional hospitality, to Beatriz at the concierge desk for always being so kind and helpful, to Ricardo for the warm welcome upon our arrival, to the wonderful F&B team at breakfast, and to the housekeeping staff for their impeccable service. The property itself is absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained, but what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the dedication, kindness, and attention that the staff show to every guest. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay and cannot wait to return again very soon.”
