“Beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere and very kind staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, especially Franklin at the reception, who was always warm, friendly, and polite. He made our stay even more enjoyable with his welcoming attitude and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was good, and the hotel is well located, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. I highly recommend it!”

“Hotel cochet, situat vis a vis de târgul artizanilor din Cusco unde chiar merita sa faci cumpărături. Foarte aproape de piata centrala ,15 minute de plimbare, piata plina de restaurare și cafenele și magazine de toate felurile. Sunt și lângă hotel doua,trei restaurante ok și mici magazine pentru apa și mici cumpărături. Camerele sunt decente, curate și confortabile. Iar micul dejun a fost destul de satisfăcător.”

“I like this hotel and definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Great location to walk to the downtown Centro Histórico. Also conveniently located across from the Centro Artesanal. Service here was good, helped us with our bags as we arrived, plenty of help at registration, there was a small conflict about our Expedia reservation, they were patience, respectful and willing to work things out with us. We had dinner there, Willy was our server and he took great care of us. He was very attentive and provided great recommendations. Food was delicious, we had two of their soups (chicken and beef), ceviche, and pork belly, all were delicious. Our rooms was spacious, very clean, and easy to access. The beds and pillows can get an upgrade since they were not the most comfortable but the blankets were great. The morning was a bit cold, there were two electric space heaters that didn’t work very well. Restrooms were clean and showers had good water pressure. The common areas had great lighting, nice and comfortable couches to take a break from the day. Nice hotel great food great people.”
