“Wir hatten hier einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Der Preis ist für Amsterdamer Verhältnisse wirklich gut, die Lage perfekt angebunden, so dass man schnell in der Innenstadt ist und die Bar in der 19. Etage ist wohl einer der schönsten, die ich je in einem Hotel gesehen habe. Die Cocktails waren on top gemixt und von hoher Qualität - wirklich super. Sollte ich nochmal nach Amsterdam kommen, dann buche ich wieder hier, weil ich rundherum zufrieden gewesen bin.”

“INNSiDE by Meliá Amsterdam is a beautiful, modern hotel offering excellent value for money. What impressed me most, however, was the exceptionally friendly and attentive service provided by one particular member of the reception team. Unfortunately, I did not catch their name, but they truly went the extra mile to make our stay special. At my request, this staff member kindly upgraded my parents to a room on a higher floor at no additional cost. Later, after I showed them a discount that was available online, they unexpectedly offered my parents complimentary breakfast for both days of their stay. I did not expect this at all and genuinely appreciated these thoughtful gestures. This exceptional level of hospitality made us feel truly welcome and valued. I hope the hotel can identify the person who assisted us and pass on our sincere thanks. I would definitely stay here again and warmly recommend the hotel to others!”
