“Great Experience overall had a very enjoyable stay with excellent staff who catered and comprised to make the stay as smooth as possible and as enjoyable as possible. Whether it was Mr Sazali Abdullah always keeps our rooms clean and spotless. Our friendly receptionist who processed all our documents and explained patiently all policies and answered all questions. The bellboys and security guard who always saluted us, it hard not to feel welcomed. Amenities and Hotel Condition are also above average and we always get fast response to any request. Location wise it is perfectly placed between Berjaya Times Square and Low Yat Plaza with a few minute walk from Lot 10 , Pavilion and Fahrenheit”

“We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Malia recently. The excellent service the views from our room and the extremely polite friendly staff to the breakfast buffet we could not think a better place to spend our short holiday. Your hospitality made us fall in love with your beautiful country. All the staff who worked on 17th June to 20th June 2026 day and night treated us very well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit to Kuala Lumpur .My husband Keith and I are looking forward to visit you again next year. I recommended your hotel to my travel agent as well so he can book your place to others.”

“الفندق جميل جداً العاملين خدمتهم واستقبالهم أجمل وأجمل سرير الأطفال مجاني السرير الاضافي ب ١٥٠ لليلة والفندق قريب جدا من شارع العرب تقريبا ٥ دقايق حول الفندق اكثر من مول وأقرب مول بترجايا مقابل للفندق وقريب من محطة ميترو دقيقة وانت بالمحطة”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and would rate it 10/10 without hesitation. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with well-maintained facilities and all the modern amenities you could need. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Cleanliness was top-notch, with both the room and common areas kept spotless throughout my stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The WiFi worked very well without any issues, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Overall, everything was just perfect, no complaints at all, and I would definitely love to stay here again. It is 100% value for money, hope they will not decrease the service or increase the price.”

“Receptionist, mr kumar sangat tidak bagus. Dia bercakap dengan cepat sebab dia hanya menjalankan rutin hariannya dan bukan dari tanggungjawabnya sebagai penyambut pelanggan. Bila diminta ulang semula, dia menunjukkan reaksi yang tidak senang. Keaadaan bilik sangat baik. Makanan sedap. Room service tidak tidak bagus. Nak angkat call terlalu lambat. Parking sangat terlalu sempit. Lorong masuk juga terlalu sempit. Lokasi, di tengah tengah kuala lumpur. Ada yang suka dan ada yang tidak.”
