“Nos alojamos 5 noches en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, al igual que el baño, con espacio de sobra para una estancia de varios días. La ubicación es, sin duda, uno de sus mayores puntos fuertes: está justo enfrente de Berjaya Times Square, un enorme centro comercial que incluso cuenta con un parque de atracciones en su interior, y además la estación de metro está justo enfrente del hotel, por lo que es muy fácil desplazarse a cualquier punto de Kuala Lumpur. Todo el personal merece una mención especial. Siempre fueron muy atentos, amables y con una sonrisa, haciendo que la estancia fuera muy agradable. El servicio de limpieza es excelente: preparan la habitación todos los días y cambian las toallas a diario. La piscina no es muy grande para el tamaño del hotel, pero normalmente está muy tranquila y prácticamente vacía, por lo que se puede disfrutar con total comodidad. En definitiva, es un hotel con una ubicación inmejorable, habitaciones espaciosas, un servicio excelente y una relación calidad-precio muy buena. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Kuala Lumpur.”

“Outstanding hotel and service. A very huge thank you to Izzati for a smooth check in and always making sure I was well looked after using the Level access. To Titu for always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed at breakfast and in the Level Room. I felt thoroughly spoilt. Thank you to my room cleaner for going above and beyond, to make sure everything was in place. To the staff up on Eivssa roof top bar, you are all absolute legands! So many cocktails made for us and we loved every single one. This was my first time to Kuala Lumpar with my girlfriends and we all agreed we will be back and will stay at the Meliá again, thank you all!”

“Was my very 1st trip overseas and spent a week here with friends. We were made to fell welcome from the very start. The booking procedure from another country was easily and the staff could not be more helpful with replying to emails etc. We had the buffet breakfast where we were welcomed by Titu. He welcomed us every morning and always checked to see if there was anything that we needed. Haris our floor cleaner was lovely and informative on placed to visit. I stayed on the 9th floor, the rooms were clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. It was always lovely coming back to a freshly made bed and water restocked. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Our group spent many nights winding down at the hotels rooftop bar Eivssa. The men were so welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. We had so many amazing cocktails and also many laughs with our group. Great start for my travelling experiences.”
