“We were visiting from Austin, Texas and stayed at the Gran Melia for 4 days. We had a great stay! The staff were wonderful, the hotel was beautiful, and the pool was a great reprieve from the heat! The room we had on the 7th floor was good except..... it was a 2-story room with the second story being right up against the roof of the building. So it was HOT! I did complain a couple of times to the front desk and they sent a maintenance person to get the A/C working like it should.”

“Die Villa Agrippina ist DAS Hotel in Stadtnähe, welches eher einem Urlaubshotel gleicht. Pool, Poolbar und eine so entspannte Atmosphäre zehn Gehminuten vom Vatikan entfernt. Das beste ist aber der wahnsinnig gute Service und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter.Selten, dass man als Gast gar nichts zu bemängeln hat. Danke an das ganze Villa Agrippina -Team🫶”
