“Villa Agrippina is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, but the service levels here were inconsistent and the rooms, though lovely, were reached by some very dark hallways with steps that really could use better lighting - both for safety and for ambience”

“Quiero resaltar la gran atención en este hotel fue maravillosa la estadía íbamos en familia y era una celebración de cumpleaños para mi madre que fue muy especial por la atención de todos ustedes como empleados del hotel el equipo completamente comprometido a que uno se sienta excelente en la estadía, y quiero resaltar la atención de todos los de recepción pero en especial el que estaba en el turno de la noche del 7 de abril de 20 26 que no recuerdo el nombre pero de verdad que quiero resaltar ese Servicio tan maravilloso ya que teníamos que madrugar al Vaticano y el desayuno comenzaba a las siete debíamos salir antes y él tuvo tan presente que nos ayudó para poder comer antes de salir del hotel de verdad que todos espectaculares gracias Meliá.”

“We were booked to stay for 1 week after The Sanctuary, as we normally stay in Grand Meliá Milan so assumed it would be as good. We decided to pop in and see what the pool was like for the kids. Unfortunately after one drink were not made to feel very welcome. Maybe because we were not eating food. It was not busy. But the vibe was not nice. Not like any other Meliá we have stayed globally. My partner felt very uncomfortable, as the staff kept staring at him. We decided to stay in the Waldorf instead and cancelled this hotel. MUCH better pool. The photography is misleading on the pool size here.”
