“My wife and i had a an excellent stay at the Palazzo Cordusia. Room was very nice. Location suberb, and the feeling was very warm with all staff members we countered. We arrive hotel quite early so our room was not ready yet, but hotel staff was so nice and kind that they arrangent possibility us to go freshment and change clothes in the the spa! “Soggiorno complessivamente piacevole, seppur con qualche ombra. La camera era comoda, ben curata e pulita. Molto apprezzata l’area SPA così come l’accoglienza al check-in. Inoltre, il personale all’ingresso dell’hotel è sempre cortese e professionale. Purtroppo, la nota dolente riguarda la gestione della colazione, ben lontana dagli standard della categoria. Il buffet è abbastanza limitato, standard, un po’ deludente rispetto alla concorrenza. Il personale in sala è estremamente disorganizzato, poco coordinato. Trovo sia inaccettabile ascoltare lo staff scambiarsi commenti sui clienti e le loro ordinazioni. La pulizia dei tavoli è lenta ed approssimativa (briciole sui divani, tavoli esterni non riordinati e quindi non invitanti). Un vero peccato. Mi auguro che la direzione presti particolare attenzione a questo servizio e intervenga rapidamente per riportare la colazione e, soprattutto, il relativo servizio agli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel di questo segmento.”レビューをもっと見る
