“The stay at the Paradisus by Melia so far has been exceptional. The housekeeper (Irma) kept the room very clean and tidy, always friendly and taking care. At breakfast the team (Tina & Oki) brought the coffee by the time we were seated and by walking past the egg station the waiter just asked “poached egg?” This was so forthcoming as the entire staff recognised what we liked and were so happy with big smiles.”

“Agus did our room was awesome. Our room was always clean. We loved our swim up room and Agus kept our towels fresh and organised things we needed like an extra top sheet for our bed. The breakfast was overwhelmingly good with more options than we could have imagined.”

Kula resto. makanannya nice tapi yg buat kita datamg kembali adalah staff nya yg luar biasa. welcoming banget. bner2 buat kita nyaman dengan keramahannya, dan favorit keluarga kita adalah Bli Aris! Dan juga setelah renovasi restonya super nice dengan view yg nice. atmosfernya enak sekali disana. tapi sayang sekali kmrn kita datang tidak diterima untuk day pass disana. pdhl kita sdh tinggal di bali hanya ingin day trip saja disana. mungkin lain kali bisa dipertimbangkan untuk terima day pass, krn yg kita spend seharian jg akan lbh dr harga kamarnya.”

“We stayed at Paradisus by Meliá Bali in early March as part of our larger honeymoon stay in SE Asia. Overall, we had a generally pleasant experience. We booked a Lagoon Access room in the Reserve (the adults-only section of the resort). Pros: The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained, with a great variety of pools throughout the resort and nice beach cabanas. The Reserve benefits, including daily breakfast, happy hour, tea time, and appetizers, were a really nice touch. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location in the Nusa Dua enclave is also nice. Cons: A few things felt disorganized. The guest verification process for the Reserve area was awkward—while we were repeatedly asked to prove our access, other guests, including children in an adults-only pool, went unchecked for over an hour. While there is a good variety of restaurants at the resort, the quality and portion sizes didn’t always match the higher prices, which were more expensive than nearby resorts. We also noticed more mosquitoes and bugs than at other hotels we’ve stayed at in Bali, including several in our room. A major disappointment was the spa experience—it felt rushed and less attentive than expected. Despite arriving early to enjoy the sauna and other inclusions, I was hurried into my treatment and no one showed me to the general spa area. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, and attentive staff. While there are a few areas the hotel could improve, we understand these may be growing pains following its recent reopening after renovation.”
