“Venue is nice and the people here are all very polite and catering. Adi julyantana also did an excellent job taking care of our room. The towel sculpture they left on the bed was pretty cute haha.”

“An amazing getaway and resort, everything was absolutely perfect. We were staying at one of the family concierge rooms, alongside our 2 kids (ages 6 & 7). The room had a massive tent bed that the kids loved. The service was excellent, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The spa was heavenly, though you need to book in advance to find a booking. The restaurants were great as well. But the highlight for our family and vacation were the kid friendly amenities, mainly the waterpark and the two separate kids club. My kids refused to leave the kids club, they loved it so much they would not spend time with us they wanted to stay there. The staff was amazing, and a special shout out to Angel and Tya! We planned our days around the marshmallow fire pit at 6pm and movie night right after. The whole stay was amazing and we will definitely be returning again.”

“Modern, clean, friendly staff. Elegant harmonious design. Great for families and plenty of quiet areas around the lagoon with four poster day beds equipped with fans and on call bar service. Located it a secure multi luxury resort area so if you want to walk and wander or get a regular off-site Balinese style message Zahra is excellent accompaniment. Thank you.”
