“We stayed at Maison Colbert for a full week and loved everything about it - the comfort, the exceptional decor, and the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. We also liked the hotel's convenient location; with the exception of Versailles, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, though we did take taxis (Uber is frankly preferable) at when going out to dinner at night. Maison Colbert also offers very tasty breakfast options. We tried a variety of neighborhood bistros in the evening and enjoyed a truly amazing dinner at nearby Tour D'Argent.”

“Sad to say bye - bye to our little boutique hotel. Hospitality win!!!! Amazing staff and service at all times of day and night! Fantastic stay! Con .... Although the lady we had the first and third morning was amazing our second morning the breakfast service was slow. They forgot our coffees and fruit cups. Waitress (pretty sure was supervisor too) came to clean our table off before we even got food and asked if it was good?? Ummmm we don't know never received anything as of yet lol. That definitely tells you how slow and unorganized it was 🤷♀️. The breakfast included with the package included 2 choices and we had to then ask for the fruit cups that came with it too. An hour for breakfast was wild 🙄 considering no one visiting probably has that time to sit when you have tickets to sites. Regardless it was good for what was included and worth it just need service stepped up in there”

“Una de nuestras mejores experiencias en un hotel Hemos pasado un fin de semana en Maison Colbert, a Meliá Collection Hotel, y la experiencia ha sido sencillamente excepcional. De esas estancias que, más allá del hotel en sí, recuerdas especialmente por cómo te han hecho sentir. Desde el primer momento, todo el equipo nos hizo sentir increíblemente bien recibidos: amables, atentos, cercanos y, sobre todo, extraordinariamente detallistas. Celebrábamos una ocasión muy especial y tuvieron con nosotros unos detalles que nos hicieron muchísima ilusión, llegando incluso a preparar unas fotografías de ese momento en nuestra habitación. Son pequeños gestos que dicen muchísimo de la filosofía del hotel y de las personas que hay detrás. Además, tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de una habitación con unas vistas espectaculares de París, que hicieron todavía más especial nuestra estancia. Pero si tuviéramos que destacar algo por encima de todo, sería al equipo humano. Teresa, Samantha, Isabel y todo el staff —y, por supuesto, todas las personas que forman parte del equipo— hicieron que durante todo el fin de semana nos sintiéramos cuidados y atendidos con un cariño y una naturalidad excepcionales. Hay hoteles fantásticos, pero no todos consiguen algo mucho más difícil: hacerte sentir fuera de casa como si estuvieras en ella. En Maison Colbert lo consiguen a través de un trato muy cercano, familiar y lleno de mimo, sin perder en ningún momento la elegancia y el nivel de servicio. Nuestra más sincera enhorabuena a todo el equipo por el trabajo que estáis haciendo. Se nota cuando detrás de un hotel hay personas que realmente se preocupan por sus huéspedes y disfrutan haciendo que su estancia sea especial. Nos vamos de París con un recuerdo precioso y con muchísimas ganas de volver. Maison Colbert ha sido, sin duda, una de nuestras mejores experiencias hoteleras. Gracias por todo.”

“This hotel is absolutely charming. First, the staff is terrific. Special thank you to Sofia and Karl, who are two of the friendliest and most professional hotel staff I have ever met. The rooms are 5 star European charm, with refined amenities. Breakfast at the restaurant was very nice, supported by a wonderful staff. I also recommend enjoying a glass of wine in the courtyard out front. The location of the hotel also makes this the ideal spot to stay in Paris. We walked to most places, and there is also a Metro station about 2 short city blocks away. Overall - a great hotel.”
