“We had a really great stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Prague Old Town. The location is perfect, especially for exploring Prague on foot. If there are still spaces available, you can also park in the hotel's underground parking, which was really convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful and even gave us some great tips for Prague. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a really good experience and can definitely recommend this hotel! 🥰”

“Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Innside und waren sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Der einzige kleine Punkt war, dass der Wasserhahn im Bad defekt war, das hat aber dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch getan. Alles in allem würden wir dieses Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Hotel aus kann man alles sehr gut in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichen.”

“We booked 3 rooms for 5 family members and we all appreciated the room's comfort and amenities, especially the lovely front desk staff who accommodated our requests for early check in, being allocated near each other etc. A special shout out to Marek for his hospitality and sense of humour during our check-ins, lounging around, and check-out time. Also for helping me navigate with my online shopping for an adaptor! The pros: The rooms were clean. We also enjoyed the broad selections for breakfast. But for real coffee (we're from Melbourne, Australia), my suggestion is to turn right at the hotel's entrance and head down a few doors for good coffees! Suggestions for improvements: The pillows are a bit lumpy and not the best. Housekeeping was not refilling or room's tea and coffee consistently. A minor issue but my uncle and aunt are tea and coffee drinkers so that point was amassed.”
