“The good part :We arrived and was greeted by Alice . She was helpful and shared many great tips . Warm and gracious . Best of the best ! Breakfast is also quite complete and delicious. Rooms are very clean .. The not so good part: You can have complimentary icecream between 4 to 6. We arrived back to the hotel at 6.06 ( we were a bit lost back from old town) , and were told that complimentary icecream was no longer available but we can pay for the icecream . We did pay but found the 6 minute penalty not so gracious .”
