“It’s a superb Hotel and everything works, from location to the room design and spaciousness to the wide and varied breakfast selection. I just wish it wasn’t such a bother to check in. I also extended my stay by a day, and had to go back to Booking.com to buy the room, and then re-register at Reception. Most hotels would’ve been delighted to have an extended stay, And obtained payment for all extras at the end, but I have to do so at the end of my first period. I felt it was a little inconvenient.
Otherwise, it’s seriously recommended.”

“Recientemente nos hospedamos en este hotel y, en general, es un lugar ideal para desconectar. Su entorno invita a perderse entre los paisajes y disfrutar de un ambiente muy especial, donde realmente sientes la conexión con la naturaleza sin renunciar a la comodidad.
Queremos destacar especialmente al equipo de recreación, en particular a Efrén y Sonia, quienes nos guiaron de manera muy cercana en las actividades en las que participamos (muy recomendables, sobre todo el yoga y la caminata nórdica).
El servicio de alimentos y bebidas fue amable en todo momento. Agradezco también la disposición para intentar adaptarse a mi intolerancia; aunque, durante varios días, el yogurt sin lactosa no estuvo disponible, siempre mostraron intención de ayudar.
El concepto del hotel es diferente, sin una recepción tradicional, lo cual le da un aire más relajado. Aun así, quizás sería interesante revisar los tiempos de gestión del check-in, ya que en nuestro caso la espera fue bastante larga. También notamos en algunos momentos pequeños detalles de coordinación interna, como solicitudes que tardaron más de lo esperado o llegaron incompletas.
Por otro lado, la ubicación es excelente si se viaja en coche, ya que permite descubrir fácilmente pueblos cercanos con mucho encanto. Gracias a Laura por sus recomendaciones, que fueron todo un acierto.
La tienda de café es un espacio muy agradable, y la atención allí fue constante y cercana. El spa también merece una visita, con unas vistas muy bonitas y un solárium amplio; aunque durante nuestra estancia hubo un pequeño inconveniente con la temperatura de la piscina, pudimos disfrutar igualmente de otras instalaciones.
Nos pareció muy cómodo el servicio de traslado interno hasta la habitación, y en general el personal fue muy atento compartiendo recomendaciones y facilitando la estancia. Para acceder a algunas zonas del hotel se utiliza un funicular, lo cual es una experiencia interesante, aunque en ciertos momentos no estuvo operativo.
Las áreas deportivas están bien cuidadas, y la zona de piscina destaca especialmente por sus vistas. El restaurante, por su parte, ofrece una propuesta correcta, aunque personalmente no fue lo que más nos sorprendió.
En resumen, una experiencia muy agradable en un entorno privilegiado, con muchos puntos fuertes y algunos detalles que, sin duda, podrían pulirse para hacer la estancia aún más completa. Gracias a todos.”

“Our stay at ZEL Mallorca was simply perfect – a clear 10 out of 10.
This hotel truly has everything you could wish for: a beautiful beachfront location, a wonderful pool, sauna, a well-equipped gym, and a great variety of sports classes. The breakfast, in particular, was absolutely outstanding – incredibly generous, high-quality, and one of the best we have ever had.
The entire hotel has a beautiful boho-style atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and welcome from the very first moment. A pleasant signature scent flows throughout the hotel, adding to its unique charm. The cleanliness was also exceptional and deserves special mention.
A very special thank you goes to the staff. My mother and I stayed for one week, and unfortunately we experienced a medical emergency during our stay, and my mother became very unwell. The team took care of us during this difficult moment. They were not only professional and attentive, but they also gave me incredible emotional support.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved, and especially to Manuel.
All in all, this is a truly wonderful hotel where you feel cared for and safe. Highly recommended!”

“We absolutely loved this hotel! It is right on the beach, rooms are specious, clean and very relaxing! The highlight of our stay is how dog friendly the whole property is. We were so grateful that we were able to take our tiny 2kg Pomeranian with us for breakfast and dinner! This made our stay so comfortable and stress free.”

“Unser Aufenthalt im Zel war wirklich sehr schön. Besonders herausstehend ist die schöne Einrichtung, die dem Hotel einem schönen Boho-Vine verleiht. Die Lage ist ehenfalls Top, da man direkt am Strand ist. Es gibt außerdem einen Poolbereich mit vielen Liegen zum Sonnen & Schwimmen. Das Café an der Rezeption ist ebenfall ein Highlight. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.”
