Reviews of Hotel de Mar Gran Meliá

I am updating my review after the hotel and specifically Pablo took action quickly to address our concerns and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon perfect. That is true class, service and a 5 star hotel. No one or place is perfect but how you handle it makes all the difference and Pablo approached us with all smiles and was beyond helpful in making our experience perfect. Thank you very much. We appreciate it beyond words and will tell everyone about you and the resort. If you are able to upgrade to the suite (specifically 2 bed , 2 bath) it is absolutely incredible and stunning. Wow! To touch on some nice features as well. - they have live music at breakfast and at dinner. Fun! They are fantastic and nice elevated touch. Also blankets in the evening so that you are comfortable if it’s a bit chilly out. - it is on the water and lots of chairs facing out to look at the incredible view. - the location is good. Close to the airport (about $40 eur one way) and you can walk into town and easily have a bite and drink elsewhere

Can only review the rear terrace as invited to meet for a drink and snack by good friends who were staying for a wedding. Both lobby and staff were welcoming and staff abundant. Views from the terrace area are nothing less than wonderful, the terrace itself spacious and totally relaxing. A true 5 star experience and I can assume the same, were you to stay here. A jewel in Melia's Mallorcan crown 👑

El servicio del restaurante fue una maravilla y el camarero Pepe súper simpático y servicial. Volveremos sin duda.

Estuvimos cenando en su agradable terraza, todo delicioso, el sitio muy bonito. Especial mención al personal que fue muy amable y fuimos muy bien atendidas por Pepe. Altamente recomendable.
