“Hemos tenido una maravillosa experiencia en este hotel. Desde que llegamos en la recepción Silvia nos acompañó y guío en todo momento explicándonos todos los beneficios del Level Meliá que sin duda alguna merece la pena. El resto del equipo, entre ellos Gala y Juan (y muchos más de los que no tenemos nombre) nos han tratado estupendamente y tenido múltiples detalles con nosotros haciendo la estancia mucho más agradable.”

“Hotel maravilloso e increíble para ir a disfrutar de Londres, la estancia fue increíble y el level igual, lo único que se hecha en falta es más variedad de snacks en el level y más variedad de comida durante más tiempo, pero aún así es una maravilla, en especial agradecer a Silvia que nos atendió desde el momento 1 en el que llegamos y siempre estuvo atenta de que estuviera todo bien y luego también darle las gracias a Juan mi tocayo, por también haber estado pendiente de nosotros durante la estancias del THE level.”

“Cet hotel est FORMIDABLE!!! Sa localisation est parfaite (proche d’une station de métro et de bus, à côté du Regent’s park), la chambre est spacieuse et le personnel est au petit soin. Et que dire de l’option The Level!!!!! Des options supplémentaires et une nourriture de qualité à tous points de vue ! Elle vaut clairement le coup! L’équipe à la réception avec un Check in prioritaire est très attentionnée ! Une mention spéciale pour l’équipe du Lounge qui nous a fait nous sentir à la maison durant toute notre semaine. Et un grand merci à Gala la manager pour l’attention lors de l’anniversaire de notre fils! 🩷😘😍🥰🤩 Notre prochain séjour à Londres se fera assurément au Melia avec l’option The Level!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Level in the Melia White House. We were there in the context of a family wedding and all members of the family were well taken care of. Kudos to Jonathan at reception, Haben and Juan and the crew in the lounge and Wesem at the entrance for their very personalized attention. Wonderful to have a room large enough for my daughter and husband and two little ones to stay in the same room.”
