“We recently stayed 2 nights at the Melia White House and had an excellent stay. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the Club Lounge was the perfect spot for unwinding. All the staff were friendly and very professional. The location of the hotel is also ideal being close to Oxford street and Regent park.”

“A hotel we stay at regularly. It is ideally located for a London stay and only a 5 minute walk from Euston station (the one we use). We’ve been booking The Level for several years and always find it a great experience from the welcome, the check in, the room to the Level Lounge. The staff are always amazing, especially in the Lounge but a special thank you this time to Amy, Ayoub and Mamun for the most lovely welcome and check in.”

“Stayed at the Level Melia and had a very pleasant stay. Airy hotel, nice reception area and pretty good breakfast. Location is ideal for London, and I really like the fact that you can open the windows and allow in fresh air. Powerful shower too. Special thanks to Zubair, Andrea, Jacqueline and Ayoub for their hospitality. I’d also like to point out that the ladies at breakfast in the Level were wonderful. Also, my soya oatmeal was delicious!”

“Wonderful lively atmosphere in the lobby areas; airy and bright rooms. Very clean. We had a great stay especially Magdalena at the breakfast lounge at Level was an excellent hostess. Check in and check out were very smooth and friendly thanks to Jacqueline! All the staff are very attentive and strive to make life easier. Will definitely be back at Melia White House!”

“We booked rooms at the level for our family including university aged sons during spring break and had a great time. Really solid in room amenities, excellent service especially in the level. Extensive food and drink options for breakfast and tapas at the level. Great location convenient to the tube, bus and hop on / off tours. Would highly recommend and would stay again.”

“This is my first stay at Melia in London and booked two joint rooms for a family of four. I had the good fortune to be welcomed by Jacqueline at the Level reception, who in my opinion epitomises great customer service. Despite the technical difficulties in amending my reservation, she put the time and effort to offer us the best possible cost, room and amenities configuration and set us up for a very promising stay. It was as if she was doing it for her own family,. You don’t find that often, the ability as well as the genuine desire to help. Well done, really well done!”
