Great hotel in a good location. The rooms are well appointed and the restaurants downstairs (for breakfast, coffee as well as drink / dinner) are great. Manish and Hussein took good care in Arado (the Spanish restaurant). Definitely a worthwhile hotel especially if you need to be near Regent park.

I'm writing this review specifically for the restaurant service and staff. I was here with a group of people for the NFL London game. I had service multiple days, dinner and lunch. Manish, Herbert, Hosshia, and Faria all were very attentive, professional. I want to also pay respect to the cooks as the meals were fresh. Our steaks were properly cooked (medium). The chicken was moist and not dry.

Highly recommend. The rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was lovely and quiet with no noise outside the room, so peaceful. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Great location, 5 minute walk from tube station & so near Oxford street. My only critique is the elevator situation. We would be waiting a long time for it to come and sometimes when it finally did it would be full of people and there would be no room and we’d have to wait even longer. We were lucky the stairs didn’t bother us but people with prams etc should be aware. Apart from that it was a 10/10 experience will definitely be coming back!
