“When other hotels were fully booked, this hotel had available room. If you have booked no room in advance, this hotel may be good choice in terms of urgent accommodation but in an extra fee. Room and service were great!”

“We arrived six hours early and were able to leave our bags while we explored the area. To top it off, we were allowed to check into our room two hours earlier than expected! The room was spotless, and housekeeping had everything perfectly prepared for our stay. Downstairs in the restaurant Arado, Mannish and Hossain provided exceptional service. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lovely ambience that made our dining experience even better. The food and drinks were served incredibly quickly—just as soon as we ordered. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting! It’s conveniently located away from the crowds, yet close enough to easily walk to all the major tourist destinations. A fantastic experience from start to finish!”

“I already knew the Meliá Hotels, so this hotel was as I expected regarding facilities. What did surprised me the most was the warm welcome, kindness and attention given to details. My kid wrote a letter to Santa Claus and put it in a special mail box the hotel had made for the season. He asked for an UK flag and a piece of cake...well next day, he had a surprise on the room made by the hotel staff. Just for that (the attention to guest) my deepest thanks and congratulations. I couldn't finnish this review without saying thanks for all the wonderfull work, big smile and cheerfulness Ms Sravani and Mr Hussain showed me and my family. Thanks for everything.
