“This hotel was in a great spot! Central to everything we had planned on visiting. Staff immediately greeted us with champagne and took our bags up to our room while Chaymaa gave us a complete tour of the hotel! Staff was very polite and attentive our entire stay with emphasis on Chaymaa and Roman who were both fantastic hosts! Definitely recommend a room with a balcony for that added luxury and view of the great city! Delightful stay. If ever in London again, would definitely land here!”
