“A fabulous hotel, central to so many attractions and theatres, we stayed here when visiting the Royal Opera House, literally 5 mins walk. Our room was huge, with a very comfortable super king bed, ample bathroom and seating area, overlooking Aldwych and Theatreland. We were given glasses of bubbly on arrival and shown to our room, very polite and professional staff. Breakfast is a real treat where you choose from a menu - it is a Gino d'Acampo restaurant! Very nice. Staff are attentive and also discreet. Would very happily stay there again. Thank you ME London!”

“Been here a couple of times now and I must say — THE BEST hotel ever!! 😍 From the staff to the rooms, everything is just perfect. We book the junior suite every time and it’s honestly the best — they provide everything you could possibly need, and as soon as you step out, your room is beautifully made up for you! The staff are incredibly attentive and always happy to help, which makes the whole experience even more special. Hands down my favourite hotel in London — I’ll always keep coming back! 🏨✨ THE HOTEL ALSO SMELLS INCREDIBLY NICE!!! we also buy their diffusers whenever we go!”

“We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! Chaymaa at the front desk/check-in went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She was so friendly and attentive and immediately made us feel welcome, even providing a tour of our room. The room itself was clean and spacious with several unique amenities. It truly felt like a luxurious stay the entire time and we will definitely be returning.”
