“Nuestro más sincero agradecimiento Llegamos a vuestro hotel casi por casualidad. Veníamos de otro hotel, con muchas ganas de que terminaran las vacaciones porque no estábamos bien. Fuimos a tomar algo al vuestro y, sinceramente, ya no nos quisimos ir. Lucas nos facilitó absolutamente todo y, a partir de ese momento, empezamos a disfrutar de las vacaciones y a dejarnos cuidar por un equipo maravilloso. Todos, sin excepción, habéis estado pendientes de que estuviéramos bien: desde recepción, el restaurante y su maravilloso chef, Marc, siempre tan atento y pendiente de que mis hijas estuvieran bien atendidas, hasta todo el personal de la piscina, Agostina, María.. también Paola, Lucía, Claudia… y todos los que, de una manera u otra, habéis contribuido a que nos sintiéramos tan bien. Hemos disfrutado de una amplia habitación para los cinco con vistas al mar y, además, hemos podido venir con nuestra perrita, Trini, mimada con tantos detalles y por todos los empleados del hotel. Hemos podido disfrutar también de un entrenador personal, kayak y bicicletas para toda la familia. Habéis cuidado cada pequeño detalle para que pudiéramos disfrutar de la estancia al máximo. Unas vacaciones que inicialmente queríamos que terminaran, acabamos alargándolas un día más. Mis hijas se han sentido como en casa, acogidas y cuidadas por cada uno de vosotros. Y eso, para nosotros, no tiene precio. El hotel es precioso y su ubicación es estratégica, imbatible. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia —y que no se encuentra tan fácilmente ni siquiera en hoteles de cinco estrellas— es la educación, la empatía, la cercanía y, sobre todo, la predisposición de todos para ayudar a los clientes y hacerles las vacaciones más fáciles. El verdadero lujo de este hotel es su equipo. Y esto es también un éxito de quien lo lidera. Nuestro más sincero agradecimiento por estos días. Gracias por haber conseguido que cambiáramos completamente la manera de vivir estas vacaciones y por habernos hecho sentir tan bien cuidados. “We had a wonderful stay at ME Sitges Terramar. The hotel is beautiful, with a fantastic location by the sea, a relaxed atmosphere and a great Mediterranean vibe. Everything came together to make our stay a very enjoyable experience. A special thank you to Susana, Paola & Camilla, who were incredibly kind, attentive and professional throughout our stay. Their genuine care and attention really made a difference and made us feel very welcome. Thank you again for everything. “We traveled as a family of 4 (kids 2 and6) and loved the hotel and Sitges. We booked a suite which was what we needed for the space etc, I also booked it because we had access to the semi private rooftop pool which was perfect for young kids swimming (only accessible if you booked a suite). Do not come here with young kids if you do not have access to this, the main pool doesn’t have steps/ gradual entry and no shallow end. The main pool area is perfect for adults but not kids. We ended up at the beach most days lying right by the water and it was perfect - kids could play in the bay without any concerns. Guillermo the concierge who looked after the suites could not have been more helpful and made our vacation. Nothing was too much trouble for him. For example breakfast on day one was a disaster, no cutlery brought to us, no coffee and no highchair - I told them I wasn’t happy and wish I hadn’t paid for breakfast so the hotel made up for it and sent us room service instead for the rest of the stay. All in all a really cool south beach vibe with great service in Sitges, I’m not sure I would book a regular room though as things like loungers at the beach and pool are an up charge - worth thinking about. Thanks again to the Aura team for making it a truly excellent stay”查看更多评论

“Muchas gracias a todo el equipo: En primer lugar, celebrar la muy deseada recuperación de Txema, ahora al servicio de los desayunos. Esperamos la recuperación de Mercedes que nos encanta tenerla en la atención de nuestras habitaciones, aunque todas las que nos han atendido a la perfección, siempre con una agradable sonrisa cuando te encontrabas con ellas, (Plantas 3 y 5). Agradecer la atención recibida por parte los integrantes de la Zona Aura y recepción. Susana, Claudia, Catherine, Natalia, Julia, Paula’s, Guille, Luis, Camila, Lucía y a todos los que me dejo, que también hay que incluirlos, pero la memoria a veces falla y no me acuerdo de todos los nombres Agradecimiento especial a las nuevas incorporaciones como Cristina, Paola y Pepa Un recuerdo a la limpiadora con su blanco uniforme, desconozco su nombre, que con una gran sonrisa siempre mantenía una ligera conversación, aunque en alguna ocasión sólo fuera decirnos “buenos días” Restaurante: Muchas gracias a Tere, Yasmira, Oscar, Noel, Toni, Silvia, Ángel, Balbino, Francesca, etc... (Esa memoria) En la cocina a Susana, aunque en esta ocasión no hacía los huevos fritos La simpatía de quienes atienden la entrada del restaurante.
