“Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa en Meliá Hacienda del Mar. El hotel es precioso, jardines muy cuidados y agradables, con un ambiente tranquilo y unas instalaciones excelentes. Todo el personal fue amable y atento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Helvia, cuya hospitalidad, cercanía y profesionalidad marcaron la diferencia. “Algunos de los trabajadores son magníficos. Antonio en puerta con sus recomendaciones sobre que sitios comer y el chico que nos ayudó con las toallas en la piscina y nos enseñó todo el área es magnífico, con una ilusión y ganas de trabajar increíbles.”

“Excelente experiencia en el hotel Hacienda del Mar, antes Kempinski. Está todo renovado y con la impronta de Meliá. Las habitaciones son un lujo, espaciosas y muy cómodas. Tiene 3 piscinas, una solo adultos. Todas son muy tranquilas, ya que a diferencia de otros Melia, no hay música en ningún momento ni actividades. No hay problema de hamacas ni sombrillas, los chicos hacen un gran trabajo de ayudarte a posicionarte bien cada mañana en tu hamaca y con tu toalla nueva. Las camareras pasan todo el día ofreciendo bebidas y comida. Los restaurantes son espectaculares. El desayuno es buffet y a la carta, la calidad es muy buena. El Burladero tiene excelentes opciones típicos españoles pero de adaptan a las necesidades si uno es vegetariano o tiene alguna alergia. El Naguri es simplemente increíble, el servicio de los camareros/as no podría ser mejor. La comida deliciosa y las vistas por la noche en primera línea de mar son perfectas. En el bar del lobby también se come bien.”
