“He pasado unos días en este hotel con mis padres y ha sido un total acierto.Queremos destacar la tranquilidad que se respira, el cuidado de los espacios, la calidad de la comida y, sobre todo, el excelente servicio que presta todo el equipo. Agradecer especialmente el trato recibido por parte de Abel, Francisca, Iban y todo el equipo de sala y cocina del restaurante Burladero, que han hecho nuestra estancia aún más especial con su profesionalidad y cercanía. Sin duda, un lugar donde prima la calidad, el servicio y el bienestar. Esperamos volver pronto.”

“We stayed at Hacienda Del Mar for a week starting 29th April 2026. First impressions of the hotel were that of a beautifully appointed hotel and carefully curated grounds. Check in was very relaxed, no standing around at a high desk, we were comfortably seated with a glass of cava in our hand. Our luggage was then whisked away and we were offered to take our time to finish our drink on the terrace, a really lovely touch. We were very impressed with the fine detail. Everything seemed considered, from the beautiful furnishings and art in the hotel lobbies to the well equipped and comfortable bedrooms. The grounds were immaculate and beautifully maintained with lush green lawns and tropical plants. An amazing place to relax on a sun bed. The staff bringing towels and cushions, putting up a parasol whenever needed. There are three pools, all sparkling and again kept immaculately clean. We stayed on a half board basis which suited us really well. There were three restaurants, one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner. The breakfast restaurant was stunning with seating inside and out. Outside overlooked the beautiful grounds down to the sea, we even saw a dolphin jumping in the distance one day. Lunch was offered in Neguri, a chic beach club style offering fresh fish dishes, meats and salads. We enjoyed sea bass perfectly cooked over coals served at the table. Evening meals were in El Burladero restaurant, again, gorgeous surroundings to enjoy great food and drinks. Service here was amazing too with Ramon and his colleagues going the extra mile to make our evenings special. We particularly enjoyed the steak. The staff and service team were all marvellous, they worked happy together as a team and it showed. Room service, the room was spotless, serviced every morning and night, and the little chocolates were delicious, a nod to old fashioned hospitality.”

“A great, but somewhat old hotel that’s still being upgraded day by day! My small family of three (wife and 10 months old daughter) spent 10 days here last week of April. We had a lovely time at the hotel and would absolutely recommend it. I must also add that our first two nights were a bit troublesome as we first got a room without the terrace we had asked for and in the next room the aircondition was not fully working and it became pretty hot during the night (although the outside temperature was not high). However, our issues was dealt with properly by Abel (and Olaf) who gave us an amazing room for our remaining 8 days. So an extra thanks to both of them. Abel also made sure my wife’s 32 year birthday was taken care of with cake and sparkling wine, thanks a lot for that! I would also like to emphasize the impressive work of the house keeping staff, very thorough and frequently which made our stay with a baby much easier. If I should put my finger on something else, it would be that the half board does not offer a buffet option, but rather a menu that you chose between 2 alternatives for each course. This is something that would be nice to know beforehand! All in all, a very good experience! Would come back. 4,5/5 stars.”

“Nueva incorporacion a Meliá de este hotel. En todo momento amabilidad por parte del personal. Se come muy bien en Neguri y El burladero. Buen spa piscinas y gimnasio Grandes amplias y muy bien equipadas las suites. Jardines inmensos, piscinas infinitas, y junto al mar a 20 pasos Volveremos”
