“We stayed at this hotel for three days and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and kind. One thing we really enjoyed was the entertainment program. There was something happening every evening, which created a fun and lively atmosphere for the guests. The food was decent and there was a good selection, although it could have been better. Since we stayed for three days, the menu started to feel a bit repetitive by the third day. The only downside was that many of the staff members spoke very limited English, which sometimes made communication difficult. Overall, it is a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.”

“C est ma 5 eme fois que je me rends dans cet établissement qui a besoin certes d un lifting urgent, mais grâce à l implication du personnel en général spécialement la cheffe de fil “Lucie “du check in avec son binôme John, c est toujours la solution rapide et efficace avec les moyens du bord. Pour la partie restaurant, certes qui il faut étoffer les menus et surtout réorganiser les coins en fonction des restaurants ( surtout en haute saison ) - ( verbena ou parole en plein travaux ), infine, le catering passe mieux avec le grand Aymen et la belle rencontre d un nouveau manager “ juste, serviable et plein d empathie” merci Pablo pour le Jus ✌️je reviendrai sans hésitation tant que le séjour et aulentours de Marbella !
