“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Dream — Hacienda del Mar Has Stolen Our Hearts We are currently mid-stay with two more days to go, and I already feel the need to write this review because a place this special deserves to be celebrated in real time. From the moment we arrived, Hacienda del Mar set a standard that, quite frankly, we weren’t prepared for. The grounds are immaculate — lush, manicured, and utterly stunning. Every corner of this property has been cared for with genuine pride, and it shows in every single detail. The front desk team deserves a special mention. Helpful, warm, and genuinely attentive — they made check-in seamless and have been responsive every time we’ve needed anything. That kind of service is rarer than it should be. Teresa, Juan, and the entire front desk team at Hacienda del Mar were an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, it was clear they genuinely cared — every request was handled with a smile, whether it was making restaurant reservations, arranging airport transfers, or resolving any issues that came up. In all the hotels we’ve stayed at, we’ve never experienced service quite like this. Other hotels could learn a thing or two from this team. They set the bar high, and they make it look effortless. And then there’s the guest experience manager Abel Lopez — an absolute standout. It’s one thing to run a beautiful hotel; it’s another to personally greet guests the way he does. His presence is felt throughout the property and his warmth is completely authentic. You can tell the entire team takes their cues from him, and it elevates the whole experience. The pools are simply gorgeous — heated and pristine, the kind you never want to leave. We’ve spent hours by the water soaking up the Estepona sun, completely at ease. As for the food — honestly, it’s too good. We’ve been blown away at every sitting. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It rivals standalone restaurants we’ve dined at across Spain. Two days left and we’re already dreading the goodbye. Hacienda del Mar is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in — full stop. If you’re considering it, stop deliberating and just book. You won’t regret a single moment. — A very happy (and already nostalgic) guest”

“Hemos pasado unos días en familia estupendos. Un hotel excelente tanto en instalaciones como en personal. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. Las piscinas exteriores son un oasis y el desayuno muy completo y rico. Todo el personal del hotel, sin excepción, han tenido un trato exquisito, comprendiendo nuestras necesidades y favoreciendo que nuestra estancia haya sido sobresaliente. “Teníamos expectativas altas, y se han cumplido. El antiguo hotel Kempinski renovado parcialmente y ahora perteneciente al grupo Meliá, y formando parte de sus hoteles más exclusivos Meliá Collection. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos. Lo elegimos también por disponer de una piscina exterior climatizada (a unos 27 grados), que permite que puedas disfrutar de ella en meses como en el que estuvimos: mayo. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas. Y sobre todo limpias. Los restaurantes del complejo son caros, y si te apetece probarlos, adelante. Pero tienes a tan solo 10 minutos Estepona. Con su gran oferta gastronómica. Lo que más podemos destacar es, sin duda, su excelente atención. Un personal muy atento, que solo busca que pases unos días maravillosos.
