“Las habitaciones tienen mucho olor a humedad y los aires acondicionados son muy antiguos pero enfrían bien, la limpieza es buena y sin habitaciones grandes y cómodas. El servicio de buffet de la cena al menos durante los días que estuvimos tenía problemas con los postres y otros platos como el sushi que se terminaba todo y no lo reponían hasta pasada casi una hora. Los demás platos como carnes y ensaladas se mantenían con buen abastecimiento y buena calidad de elaboración. “Schitterende locatie op een berg waardoor je uitzicht heb op de gehele stad Puerto de la Cruz. Hierdoor heb je wel of een auto nodig of gebruik maken van de gratis shuttlebus richting de stad, dit is overigens goed te doen. Wij hadden All-inclusief, ontbijt, lunch en diner waren goed, altijd vers en iedere dag een ruim aanbod aan eten. Het vreemde was dat bv ijsthee, friet en hamburger (als snack) niet inclusief waren. Medewerkers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Auto huren via het hotel was zo geregeld. Gym was klein met 2 loopbanden, 1 fiets, 1 crosstrainer, 1 multistation en wat losse gewichten tot 10kg, ruimte was voorzien van drinken en airco. Verder was het hotel altijd schoon.”ดูรีวิวเพิ่มเติม

“The hotel is in a good location, the views are spectacular and it offers facilities like multiple pools, bars, entertainment and laundry. Everything is well maintained and exceptionally clean.
