“I and my family very much enjoyed staying at the Hotel Madrid Plaza de España. The location is brilliant - you are walking distance away from Plaza and Puerto del Sol. You have line 3 of the metro right outside your door. It is easy and economical to get to and from the airport via either taxi or public transportation. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly with a particular shout out to the gentlemen in the breakfast room who greeted us very cheerily every day. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the balcony being a nice extra. We would definitely recommend this hotel.”
