“Przyjemne miejsce, jedzenie tylko czasami nie do końca nam pasowało. Super ekipa zajmująca się zajęciami dodatkowymi! W szczególności Nacho i Alejandro😊 dzięki chłopakom prawie codziennie byliśmy na ćwiczeniach 💪💪💪”

“Nous avons été agréablement surpris d'apprendre notre surclassement des notre arrivée. La chambre était très spacieuse , confortable et parfaitement équipée avec un nécessaire pour préparer thé ou café. un petit réfrigérateur était également à notre disposition ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Raja, la femme de chambre, a été exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour : toujours souriante, attentionnée et d'un professionnalisme remarquable. Son travail était impeccable chaque jour et sa gentillesse a vraiment fait la différence. Un grand merci également à David et Nabil pour leur efficacité, leur disponibilité et leur sens du service. Toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes, ils ont su rendre chaque repas agréable grâce à leur accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Seul petit bémol, la fermeture du second restaurant non précisé sur le site, ainsi que la mauvaise organisation de la présence d'un groupe en séminaire particulièrement bruyant au moment des repas, qui a malheureusement perturbé aussi bien la clientèle que le personnel en cuisine et en salle pendant 3 jours. “Really liked this hotel for a number of reasons and despite some of the things I disliked I will still give it 5 stars. Firstly we had a bad first night experience due to some guests in the room above us. The next day Aleksandra from guest services was amazing and helped us move to another room which suited our travelling party much better and was super helpful the entire time. Sergio on the front desk was very welcoming too. Just what you want when you're arriving at a hotel after a flight and transfer. Bad things - 1. The dinners i feel could have been hotter, food was served lukewarm. 2. There should be ice cream as an option especially for children. 3. More storage or hangers required in the bedrooms Good things - 1. The choice of food I think was expected for this size of dining hall. It was a decent selection and great salad options, good for adults. 2. The desserts, wow. Majority of the cakes were very tasty. 3. The entertainment team, Nacho, Pucho, Gadea, Cristina were really good. Not pushy like in other hotels and were super amazing with the kids. So patient and caring and made a huge difference to our stay at the hotel. 4. The kids pool is easily the best we've seen at a hotel and is very much catered to infants/toddlers. Great depth and size of pool very close to loungers so we could supervise them. 5. The cleanliness in the hotel was really good as were the rooms themselves. Very nice beds and bathrooms. 6. Location kf the hotel was very good and secluded, short walk away from shops, beach etc. As you can see many more bigger positives than the small negatives we experienced and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.”
