“Solid Hotel, As others already mentioned the rooms aren’t fully noise isolated so you can hear the loud cars and motorcycles on the street as they drive by, I was staying in the Level Room which was high up and had a nice view. The actual Level Lounge was a bit disappointing since they only served food and drinks between 5-7Pm and not the whole day. My room was properly cleaned everyday and the breakfast was good. Location is wonderful and the staff is very friendly.”

“We recently stayed in The Level Room on Level 14, and overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the bathroom was generously sized, complete with a bathtub. Amenities were thoughtfully provided, including a mini coffee machine with capsules, as well as a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board — everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
What made the experience especially worthwhile were The Level benefits. We had access to a private check-in area, where we were welcomed with drinks, which set a very pleasant tone right from the start. The private lounge was another highlight, offering complimentary beverages throughout the day. From 5–7 PM, we enjoyed a delightful mini high tea with a good variety of snacks and desserts — definitely more than what one would expect from a “mini” offering.
The service at The Level Lounge was truly exceptional. All the staff were attentive and professional, and I would like to give a special mention to Aaron, who was incredibly friendly and consistently checked in to ensure we were well taken care of.
At the buffet breakfast, we were warmly greeted and escorted to our reserved table, which made the experience feel very personalized. The spread was impressive, featuring a wide range of cuisines, from steamed dim sum to cheese platters.
I would also like to give a special shoutout to one of your staff, Jeventle from Sabah. We met him in the lift, and he was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. What stood out even more was that during our check-out, he came by to say goodbye and even helped close our car door — a small gesture that left a lasting impression.
That said, there was one area that could be improved. We encountered a staff member at the front lobby (I believe his name was Shan or Chan) whose service felt noticeably less warm compared to the rest of the team. While escorting us to The Level Lounge, he remained on his phone in the lift and did not engage with us. Similarly, during check-out at the main lobby, the interaction felt rather brief and impersonal. After experiencing such high standards of service from The Level team, this contrast was quite noticeable.
Anyways, for a stay priced at under RM400 per night, this was truly excellent value for money. We will definitely be returning to experience this level of service again.”
