“Nuestra estancia en el Meliá Venezia Lido ha sido una experiencia fantástica.
Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de todo el equipo de recepción, en especial la chica que nos atendió en el check-in el lunes 8 por la mañana y en el check-out el viernes 12 por la mañana. Fue encantadora y muy profesional.
El desayuno nos ha gustado mucho. La variedad y calidad han sido muy buenas, y el equipo del desayuno estuvo en todo momento atento a que no faltara nada.
Tuvimos un pequeño incidente el miércoles por la noche: al volver a la habitación vimos que la ventana del baño se había quedado abierta por parte del servicio de pisos y, al haber llovido, entró agua. Es algo que puede pasar. Bajé a recepción y la recepcionista fue un encanto, avisó a su compañero y rápidamente vino un chico a solucionar el problema y recoger todo con toallas. Mi única reflexión es que me dio pena verle tener que recogerlo de esa manera, prácticamente de rodillas, porque me pareció una situación poco cómoda para él. Más que una queja, lo comento como algo que quizá el hotel podría revisar para facilitar estos casos.
La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, muy bien comunicado y en un entorno precioso. Nuestra habitación era una Premium con vistas a la laguna, un regalo de aniversario, y tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos unas galletas, una botella de champán y una dedicatoria. Un detalle que recordaré siempre.
La habitación era perfecta. Como pequeño punto a mejorar, el agua de la ducha tenía poca presión. Lo comuniqué a través de la app de Meliá, aunque no sé si pudieron revisarlo durante nuestra estancia.
También probamos el bar el último día y la terraza interior nos pareció un lugar muy agradable, incluso mejor que muchos locales de la zona.
Nos hemos sentido tan cómodos y tan a gusto que ya hemos vuelto a reservar para febrero de 2027. Sin duda, un hotel que recomendaré siempre.

I want to especially highlight the friendliness of the entire reception team, particularly the young woman who checked us in on Monday morning, the 8th, and checked us out on Friday morning, the 12th. She was lovely and very professional.
We really enjoyed the breakfast. The variety and quality were excellent, and the breakfast team was always attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
We had a minor incident on Wednesday evening: when we returned to our room, we saw that the bathroom window had been left open by housekeeping, and because it had rained, water had come in. It's something that can happen. I went down to reception, and the receptionist was wonderful. She alerted her colleague, and a young man quickly came to sort it out and clean it up with towels. My only thought was that I felt sorry for him having to clean it up like that, practically on his knees, because it seemed like an uncomfortable situation for him. More than a complaint, I'm mentioning this as something the hotel could perhaps review to make these situations easier.
The hotel's location is perfect, very well connected, and in a beautiful setting. Our room was a Premium room with a view of the lagoon, an anniversary gift, and they thoughtfully left us some cookies, a bottle of champagne, and a personalized message. A touch I'll always remember.
The room was perfect. As a minor point for improvement, the shower water pressure was low. I reported this through the Meliá app, although I don't know if they were able to address it during our stay.
We also tried the bar on our last day, and we found the interior terrace to be a very pleasant place, even better than many of the local establishments.
We felt so comfortable and at ease that we've already booked again for February 2027. Without a doubt, a hotel I will always recommend.”

Personeel reageert soms traag maar is zeer vriendelijk.
Gelegen aan DE straat met winkels en terrassen en op 3 minuten van de waterbushaltes👍”
