“The stay at the Paradisus by Melia so far has been exceptional. The housekeeper (Irma) kept the room very clean and tidy, always friendly and taking care. At breakfast the team (Tina & Oki) brought the coffee by the time we were seated and by walking past the egg station the waiter just asked “poached egg?” This was so forthcoming as the entire staff recognised what we liked and were so happy with big smiles.”

“Agus did our room was awesome. Our room was always clean. We loved our swim up room and Agus kept our towels fresh and organised things we needed like an extra top sheet for our bed. The breakfast was overwhelmingly good with more options than we could have imagined.”
