“Ich kann die Kritikpunkte schon verstehen, es gibt halt hier und da Gebrauchsspuren. Dennoch darf ich bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse auch nicht sonderlich hohe Ansprüche stellen was die Ausstattung betrifft. Ich war mit meinem Zimmer sehr zufrieden, es war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Bis auf einen Kühlschrank gibt es alles was es braucht und das eine Wanne im Bad gibt hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Frühstück ist ausreichend, Sauna und Fitness vorhanden. Also alles in allem gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Würde wiederkommen”

“Wir hatten einen wirklich großartigen Aufenthalt im Hotel Frankfurt Messe Meliá am 31.12.2025. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir extrem herzlich empfangen. Die blonde Dame am Empfang an diesem Tag war unfassbar freundlich, zuvorkommend und hatte eine so positive Ausstrahlung – man hat sofort gemerkt, dass sie ihren Job wirklich gerne macht. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt von der ersten Sekunde an versüßt. Dass wir am Abreisetag verschlafen haben und etwas später ausgecheckt sind, war absolut kein Problem. Es wurde nicht einmal etwas erwähnt, was wir als sehr angenehm und kulant empfunden haben. Die Junior Suite war ebenfalls sehr schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Insgesamt ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt – wir sind positiv überrascht und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!”

“Hotel który lata świetności ma już za soba. Trafiłem na pokój bardzo zimny (na zew. było -4C) w którym marzłem. Urządzenia do sterowania ogrzewaniem nie działały. Okna wpuszczały zimno i hałas do pokoju. Meble już widać że mocno zużyte. Jednak jeżeli chodzi o czystość było wszystko ok. W pokoju czajnik lecz brak np butelki wody. Jedzenie w restauracji mocno przeciętne. Ciasny wjazd na parking. Ogólnie hotel jest w porządku jednak można by popracować nad łatwymi poprawkami które by poprawiły ogólny wizerunek.”
