“The hotel itself is beautiful and the service was wonderful, but unfortunately the air conditioning was a major issue. Our room was hot all night, and although they sent someone to look at it, nothing improved. At checkout, we mentioned the problem again and were initially told that we should have said something—which we had. We were then told that the issue wasn’t specific to our room, but affected the entire hotel. That made sense because the hotel overall felt warm and musty. For a hotel of this caliber and price, guests should be able to expect a cool, comfortable room, especially in a hot and humid destination like Iguazú. Everything else about our stay was lovely, but it’s very difficult to enjoy a luxury hotel when you can’t sleep comfortably because of the temperature.”

“Lo unico que tengo para cuestionar es el nivel del gimnasio. No puede ser que un hotel asi, que tiene ademas esa tarifa, tenga un gimnasio de ese estilo, con poquisimo equipamiento, y un nivel de suciedad en el piso increible.
