“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Koh Samui. This was our first time staying at a Meliá property, and we are extremely impressed. Because of this experience, we will definitely consider Meliá hotels for future trips. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which was excellent. The selection was generous, the quality was fantastic, and it was a great way to start each day. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service from the staff. We would especially like to thank Luca, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. His helpfulness, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made a huge difference. He truly went out of his way to assist us with everything and ensured we had a fantastic experience. We would also like to recognize Ard, Kate, and Isabella at the bar/restaurant. They were always attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their service helped make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Because of the outstanding service and overall experience, we will absolutely return to this hotel the next time we visit Koh Samui. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.”

“Das erste mal in Koh Samui, das erste mal in Melia Koh Samui.Sehr schönes Hotel, super Lage. Der Sand am Strand ist weich wie Mehl.Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Natürlich als Platinum Member sind wir nur beim The Level und sind wir sehr verwöhnt🤗🥂🥰! Top Personal, sehr freundlich.Extra Dank an das Level Team:Maya,Keng,Lisa,Queen,Tamarin d,Bell,Kim,Pink!Hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten! Man fühlt sich richtig wohl!Das Hotel hat sehr vieeeeel grün!👌🔝Es gibt auch für Kinder viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Vom Hotel aus kann man leicht vieles erreichen: restaurant, Market,Elefanten Tour, Tempel, usw. Natürlich ein grosser Lob an die Führung des Hotels:General Manager,Hotel Manager und alle andere die alles für uns tun um ein ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. Fazit:wir kommen wieder!🤗🔝🥂🫶🏼💃🏻🕺🏻”

“We stayed here for one week and really loved our room and the whole atmosphere. We had a room with pool entrance and with the Extra Level Upgrade, in order to enjoy their special Level Area with the advantages. We would like to thank the whole Melia Team and especially the Staff in the Level Area where we have been treated very special and with lots of love. I can really recommend them with their passion and professionality. We will miss them. Thank you Tamarind, Kim, Maya, Sachi and Keng for your outstanding service. Thanks for everything and the good time we had on Samui.”

“Wij zijn met een peuter van 2.5 jaar 3 weken in jullie hotel verbleven. Wij verbleven in 2 verschillende kamers omdat we graag de gehele reis op een plek wilden slapen. Voor het hotel van Melia is het strand schoon, ondiep voor kinderen en perfect. Het hotel is heel fijn en het personeel en service ook super. Wy verbleven onze laatste 5 dagen in een kamer van 'the level' je mag dan op een luxere locatie ontbijten en er zijn gratis snack/cocktails uurtjes. ik vond dit een beetje overrated wij hadden deze nachten nog bijgeboekt en dit was de enige vrije kamer, was prima maar voor her geld kun je beter gewoon een normale kamer boeken je zit inmiddels toch niet op je hotelkamer.. wij hebben besloten om gewoon te ontbijten by het normale buffet , dit was ook kindvriendelijker en heerlijk ! eieren en warme gerechten worden voor je neus voor je klaargemaakt, voor ieder wat wil. wij waren er van 20 jan tm 9 februari. de laatste dagen merkten wij dat het veel drukker werd tijdens het ontbijt en bij het zwembad vaak geen bedje meer vrij, de eerste 2 weken geen last van gehad. ik vond het een super uitvalsbasis op te verblijven. ik weet niet hoe het is in het hoogseizoen. het zwembad is trouwens ook super om met je kleine rond te dopperen en het grote zwembad ook !.. tuinen zijn netjes bijgehouden . en nogmaals het personeeel is zooooo super lief!. mr auto van de binnenkomst, ms bay van het restaurant, dames receptie en spaanse heer , housekeeping, tuinmannen, iedereen zo super lief en aardig tegen ons zoontje. bedankt voor deze mooie vakantie.”

“Eine wunderschöne Anlage am Choeng Mon Beach. Sehr weitläufig und grün angelegt. Man merkt den spanischen Einfluss des Betreibers. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Boat Suite bekommen. Diese sind einem alten Handelsboot nachempfunden. Definitiv nicht barrierefrei. Das Badezimmer war riesig-mit 2 Duschen und einer Wanne. Es gibt ein separates WC im oberen Stock. Räume werden ausreichend klimatisiert. Absolutes Highlight ist der Lagunenpool! Traumhaft schön. Am Hauptpool und am Strand gibt es es ausreichend Liegen. Und war es da jedoch zu voll. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut sortiert. Lediglich die Brotauswahl ist etwas schwach-da es zumindest auf der Insel mittlerweile echt sehr gute Angebote (selbst im BIG C) gibt. Service und Sauberkeit sind aber in allen Bereichen top. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!”

“Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were brilliant so attentive. The breakfast buffet was great good selection and very tasty. The location is perfect right on the beach the pool was also very clean and tidy. Shame we didn’t stay a little longer.”

“Ein sehr schönes Resort direkt am Strand. Gepflegte Anlage, tolle Pools, üppige Gärten und ein direkter Strandzugang. Sehr freundliches Personal. Komfortable Zimmer, groß und sauber, und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr empfehlenswert.”

“Amazing stay during our honeymoon. Our room was very nice and had a pool alongside it. The main pool and beach area were also very nice and relaxing. The breakfast Buffett was amazing and probably my favorite part! And of course the staff was incredible too for everything they did plus helping us get setup on a tour. Big shout out to K, Rainbow and Salina!!”

“Perfect stay: calm sea, beautiful resort, The Level experience & outstanding service We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Meliá Caza Mui and truly enjoyed every moment here. We stayed in a fantastic room with direct access to the pool, which was an amazing experience and made our stay extra special. The hotel territory is stunning — beautifully designed, spacious, and very well maintained. The sea here is simply perfect. The beach is excellent, with soft sand and no stones in the water at all. Thanks to the hotel’s location in a large bay, the sea remains calm, clean, and peaceful, even at times when waves are strong on other beaches of the island. Swimming here is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Our room also included access to The Level, which was a huge highlight of our stay. The breakfasts there are excellent, with high-quality food, and during the day you can enjoy snacks and drinks, as well as cocktails and beverages in the afternoon and evening — all included. The view from The Level area is beautiful, the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed, and it is much quieter than the main restaurant during breakfast. You really feel special and well taken care of there. The staff in The Level area is extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which adds even more to the experience. The overall staff at the hotel is outstanding — everyone is very caring, professional, and truly tries their best to make you feel comfortable. You genuinely feel at home here, not just like a hotel guest. A special thank you to the amazing guy at the pool, BAW! He was incredibly helpful with all our questions, always attentive, kind, and truly caring about every guest — especially us. His attitude made a big difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our stay and would be very happy to come back again. Highly recommended! 🌴✨”

“Hotel jest duży, z róznymi rodzajami pokoi. Ładny, zadbany teren, z dużą ilością roślin. Jest sporo ludzi, lezakow na plazy i basenie nie starcza dla wdzystkich. Plaza jest publiczna więc nie ma szans na spokojne plazowanie. Przy hotelu sklepy, jedzenie, apteki. Sniadanie niby wszystko ma ale brakuje klimatu żeby posiedziec i wypic kawę. Hotel generalnie dobry ale niestety nie ma tajskiego vibe.”
