“We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent—the staff was very attentive, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The building is relatively new, so everything feels modern and well maintained. I also used the sauna and gym during our stay. While neither is particularly large, the facilities were very nice and the gym was equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Since we were in Lisbon mainly for sightseeing and shopping, I do wish the hotel were a little closer to the main shopping and historic areas. That said, this was only a minor inconvenience, and overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel.”

“⭐ A Great Stay at ME Hotel Portugal – A Few Suggestions I recently stayed at ME Hotel Portugal and had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel is modern, clean and stylish, with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The positives: The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with coffee facilities and a great choice of pillows and a mini bar. The evening turndown service was also a lovely touch. This hotel is sponsored by LaCoste, which the brand is everywhere. The complimentary spa was fantastic. A special shout-out to Madalena, who was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. She is a real credit to the hotel. The gym, rooftop pool and rooftop bar were also great facilities, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. At the pool you would be offered fruit and ice cream complimentary which was a nice touch. A few suggestions The main area for improvement was breakfast. There isn’t a traditional buffet; instead, everything is ordered from a menu. While some guests may prefer this, I personally enjoy choosing from a buffet. The ordering process could also be simplified, as there were sometimes quite a few questions about bread, toast, cheese and quantities. Perhaps cooked options could remain à la carte, while items such as fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread and coffee could be self-service. The lobby music was sometimes quite loud repeated beat song throughout the day. Softer music in the mornings and weekdays, with livelier music reserved for Friday and Saturday evenings, might create a more relaxing atmosphere. Even sticking a piano in the lobby for performers on weekends or for guest to operate would be a great touch. The air conditioning needs to be more powerful- ours was set to 16c and yet didn’t feel that cold. The toilet signs in the lobby were also a little confusing. Adding simple “Male” and “Female” signs alongside the symbols would make them clearer. Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable, with excellent rooms, facilities and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend ME Hotel Portugal. The location is reasonably convenient, with a metro station around a six-minute walk away. Public transport was also very useful, with a 24-hour ticket costing around €12. Thank you to everyone at ME Hotel Portugal for the wonderful hospitality!”
