“Hotel room was nice and clean, had a great view of Sapa Square. The buffet breakfast has a lot of options, but for some reason they end quite early, a lot of the hot foods were cold already when we got there at 9:15am. Highlight of my stay was the massage. May was the best masseuse!”

“I seldom write negative reviews. Unfortunately, I have to do this time. This hotel markets itself as 4-star, but 3.5-star is probably more appropriate. I booked a Family Room for 2 nights. When we checked in, (1) TV was not working, (2) safe was faulty and couldn't be locked, (3) lamp by the bed was not working, (4) fridge was barely cold (staff explained that the power is weak. But the fridge was room temperature throughout our stay), and (5) the wardrobe door cannot be closely properly and hence, the light from the wardrobe was kinda annoying at night when the lights were off. During our first night (April 2), we asked for an ice bucket at the reception - we collected it physically from a male staff who was on duty and who was visibly upset and was moderately shutting at guests who called the reception. The family room has no window and the restroom has a musty smell. Overall, the location is great. Staff (esp Mr Thomas) tried their best to fix the problems in our room. I walked past the other rooms facing the city and they looked more pleasant than the family room. However, I would advise AGAINST booking the family room (which is one of the most expensive room types). Again, I don't think it's a 4-star hotel, though the staff are commendable. I think the management should do something to rectify this problem as there are several negative reviews on the same observations. Thank you.”

“사파에서 1박 하면서 고민하다 고른 호텔 입니다. 정말 좋은 위치와 침구 그리고 조식도 맛있었네요. 사파광장과 썬플라자 앞인데도 객실은 조용했습니다. 특히 프론트 Thomas 는 친절하고 빠른 체크인과 체크아웃을 진행하였으며사파 현지인과의 개인적인 전화통화를 도와주어 감동이었습니다. 다음 방문때도 호텔은 여기로 정할 예정입니다.”

“Lokasinya super banget di Sapa Square. Strategis buat ke mana mana di daerah Sapa. Hotelnya cukup mewah, bersih, kamarnya nyaman banget dan cukup luas. Lobby nya juga nyaman. Sarapannya juga mantap, tersedia aneka makanan termasuk pho makanan khas Vietnam. Banyak pilihan sayur dan jus. Ada Sky bar di roof top. Sunplaza/stasiun kereta ke Fansipan terletak di sebrang kanan hotel. Benar benar strategis lokasinya.”
