“We stayed here during our travels, and it was fantastic. Ms. Suong and the staff were exceptional, ensuring our stay was comfortable and providing top-notch service. Everyone was attentive and accommodating, and communication was not an issue. The rooms and facilities were clean. The area was great, with the river and open market within walking distance. I would definitely come back again.”

“A truly wonderful hotel, it was even nicer than I expected, and given the price it is an incredible value. Service is the most important to us, and it was warm, welcoming, and as helpful as possible. We ran into a problem when our flight got changed without our knowledge to hours earlier than originally scheduled. As a result we’d missed our flight and when we came back to the hotel from the airport they were apologetic even though they had nothing to do with the problem. They offered to not just hold our bags for us but even said we could go back to our room for the evening to take a nap, or feel free to use any of the facilities, even the pool, even though we were past our check out time. I really appreciated that. I couldn’t believe how nice the lobby and room were when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was fantastic…and huge. If you’re hesitant to stay here, don’t be. It’s better than advertised.”
