“Đã trải nghiệm ở đây 2 lần. Lần thứ 2 quay lại, resort vẫn đẹp, chỉn chu, tinh tế đến từng chi tiết. Nếu bạn đặt phòng trước và có trẻ em thì phòng được chuẩn bị chu đáo cho từng bé từ áo choàng nhỏ, sữa tắm cho bé, ghế đứng cho bé rửa tay. Biển ở đây riêng tư riêng cho khu resort, nước rất trong, tiền thân là bãi biển đá, đổ cát cải tạo thành bãi tắm nên hơi nhiều đá, ngày nào NV cũng vất vả đi cào đá làm sạch bãi cát. Đồ ăn thì ấn tượng là nước ép trái cây tươi tự nhiên. Các món thì thiên về món Âu Tây Ban Nha hơn Khu vui chơi trẻ em cũng rất tinh tế và chu đáo có các cô trông trẻ cho ba mẹ đi chill chill. Recommend cho các gia đình có con nhỏ ở đây.”

“Beautiful villas, very luxurious interior, well maintained, huge bathroom, wonderful private pool (if that's the one you book). They had upgraded us to the Lagoon view one bedroom pool villa, as it was our 10th anniversary which we were so appreciative of. It was larger than the one we originally booked. When we stepped in we wondered, what are 2 people going to do with all this space lol. It was nice. We had the pool villa bottom floor. It looked like a villa for 7 people, except that you only have one bedroom and a Master bed. Maybe if you bring kids we can request an extra bed. We saw families with their young kids there. Staff there is phenomenal, ultra highly attentive to your needs. Their turn down service in the room is very well thought through, the fact they put bedroom slippers which was my size at the side of the bed they concluded I was going to be sleeping at, all this before we came back at 7pm or so. A few more months from Jan 2026 when the nearby mall cruise area is all built up will be much better in terms of things to do nearby - it was renovating and we thought it'd be so cool to return next time when it's all completed, coz it's like a mini town of cafes, shops, restaurants etc. But at least there was the famous theatre human live puppet show thing just next to the estate you can walk to. We did that, loved it. Buggy service all around the resort. Nothing much to do within the resort though, that was something lacking (other than onsen and lagoon swimming). Oh yes their breakfast spread is amazing. The bread and pastry sections especially and all others. I mean fresh whole coconuts available at the buffet was so nice. The view at the breakfast place if you sit alfresco, 10/10.”

“Gia đình mình đã có kỳ nghỉ tại đây vào dịp Tết Nguyên đán. So với lần ghé năm mấy năm trước, năm nay resort có thêm dịch vụ quản gia cho hạng phòng mình đặt. Bạn quản gia Tường Vi rất nhẹ nhàng, thân thiện và hỗ trợ khá nhiệt tình. Bãi biển ở đây không quá lớn, nhưng bù lại hồ bơi riêng trong phòng rộng rãi, cùng khu vực onsen nước khoáng nóng thư giãn. Gia đình mình có để quên khăn và được nhân viên hỗ trợ gửi trả lại phòng nhanh chóng. Do đi vào dịp Tết nên lượng khách đông hơn thường ngày. Buffet sáng lần này không chất lượng bằng đợt trước mình từng trải nghiệm, một số món hơi nhiều dầu mỡ. Nhìn chung, trải nghiệm tại resort vẫn rất ổn: nhân viên thân thiện, khu nghỉ dưỡng yên tĩnh và an toàn. Khi check-out còn được tặng một phần quà nhỏ là nến thơm khá dễ thương. Gia đình mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong thời gian tới.”

“Everything was amazing from the accomodation to the service and the delightful breakfast in the morning. Special mention to Tammy GEX Manager who made our stay even more enjoyable.”

“It was a pool villa I visited with my family for three nights, and room 45, where I stayed, was located in the center of the resort, making it good to cover the entire accommodation. When I called a buggy, it would come to my door at any time, so there were no restrictions on movement, and sometimes the landscaping along the road was so beautiful that I even walked around. I had breakfast on the third floor of the reception building, and the taste of the food seems to be the best. The staff were kind and enjoyed the mealtime. Also, the wonderful sea scenery outside the window brought happiness throughout the meal. It was nice to experience classes for children at the kids' club on the second floor and to be able to freely use the internal facilities. It was easy to look around the hotel with free bicycle rental on the first floor, and the onsen and paddle boats were also available for free within the designated time, so I think I was able to have various experiences. The room condition is the best, and they cleaned it twice a day, and they are so diligent in managing the landscaping around the room that I think is the secret to maintaining the best condition. All the staff were kind and greeted me with a welcoming face. I think the Nha Trang accommodation will be the first thing that comes to mind, and I plan to revisit it if I travel next time. On the last day of returning home, I saw the name tags of three people. Thank you (DUY NGUYEN, PAUL, KEVIN), and I would also like to express my gratitude to everyone I met, including the security guard who greeted me warmly although I didn't see the name tag, the female reception staff who quickly responded to my request, the male staff who fixed the damaged suitcase late at night, the male staff at Buggy Car who frequently picked up my family, the cleaning and landscaping departments, and the restaurant and outdoor beach staff. I hope you are full of health and happiness.”
