“I cannot describe how much I loved this hotel and the staff here, there is this staff, he is very friendly, he helped me when i checked in, checked out and when i had problem booking a car, they helped me a lot. The room is very clean, luxurious and i had a really good sleep here.”

“Chuyến đi này tuyệt vời vô cùng. Tụi mình đặt hạng phòng The Level nên được hỗ trợ check in sớm (cũng tuỳ theo tình trạng phòng thôi chứ không phải lúc nào cũng được). Vị trí thì khỏi bàn rồi, ngay trung tâm thành phố nên di chuyển đến đâu cũng tiện. Phòng thì tuyệt vời, phòng mình ở tầng 30 nên cái view phải nói là rất đỉnh. Mấy bạn nhân viên ở The Level thì rất là chỉn chu và support khách hàng. Chuyến đi này mình chỉ nhớ được tên của bạn Thịnh và Kim Mee, cũng cảm ơn Lan đã hỗ trợ mình check in sớm nhé”

“Great comfortable stay with excellent customer service and amenities. Rooms are very nice, breakfast is incredible and your literally the center of town with most things under a 30 min walk away”

“The staff were nice and helpful in general. Breakfast was lovely, with a good variety of both Vietnamese and international food. The spa services were outstanding, but it was quite crowded, so booking in advance is recommended. The Alma restaurant has an incredible view of the city; the food was okay ,not bad, but not amazing. In-room dining service was fast and efficient. The location is great, with many cute cafés and restaurants within walking distance. I was a little annoyed on the first day because one of the staff told me my room had both river and city views, but it turned out to be city view only. Later, they explained that there had been a mistake and that a river-view room would be available the following day, and I could move then. This was disappointing because the main reason I booked this hotel was for the view. Since I was working during my stay and had to spend a lot of time in the room, I was really hoping to enjoy the scenery more. There was also a wedding on one of the days, and it was quite chaotic. People were taking photos and blocking the elevator entrance, which was unpleasant for me personally and one of the cameramen even bumped into me. I don’t mind people taking photos, but it becomes annoying when they block the way for guests staying at the hotel. There was no staff present at the time to manage the situation and keep the entrance clear. There was no welcome drink, which confused me a little, as most 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at offered one. I tend to notice small details, so a few minor things like those affected my mood and experience overall. The main reason I still give 5 stars is because the price was extremely cheap compared to the location and service standard, and the room was very well soundproofed.”
