Very enjoyable visit, location was perfect as we were attending a show at the Utilita Arena. Evening food admittedly was nothing to write home about but the breakfast was superb. Very close proximity to centre as we were working short walking distance. Would definitely stay again and already planning our next visit.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times and will continue to do so when we visit Newcastle. Perfect, from the staff to the food and surroundings.

Wow! Very nice room! Was a works do so don't know how much we paid but I certainly was well impressed by the room.

It’s the second year in a row we’ve stayed on Christmas Eve and then had Christmas Dinner in Gino’s. We honestly couldn’t fault any of it again. The room on the sixth floor was superb. The service, food and drinks were exceptional. They left a carrot, milk, reindeer dust and letter for Santa for my little girl, which she loved. It was such a nice touch. We’re booking again for next Christmas as soon as we can. Thank you guys 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
